Hi hideyoshi, welcome to the forum 🙂

haven’t tried pherlure before, but from what i’v heard its not very effective compared to the products here.

looks like you are after respect, well in that case you are right about A314, for work and upper management, A314 is great, it is a trust and respect pheromone, people use it to gain respect and that alpha leader vibe.  
you need to act congruent to the pheromone have a look at the stickies in the men’s section and this one [Congruence? What's That?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/congruence-whats-that/9805)

to balance it and get more IOIs you should get something like IO, which is a communication [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), will make you seem more friendly and easy to approach.

not sure about ammo 1.5, but correct me if i’m wrong, i think the one in the store is 1.0, they don’t offer 1.5 anymore.
