No wonder you are getting odd results - I reckon that could be well into a hefty rone OD!
Try scaling things right back and follow the A314 Sweet spot guide here:

Also, I see other things in your post that make me wonder if you have thought through how you want to use A314 - can you say exactly what you want from it?
