# My hello.  Any Inputs on Pheromones I Plan to Purchase? M/27/Polish

Hi Keahi,

Welcome to the forums. Yes, there are sometimes contradicting reports. That’s because many factors affect how pheromones work - body chemistry, person’s mood, situation, inattentive to subtle body language, dosage. In your case, you should experiment with Ammo solo. Start with one spray for a couple days and note how people respond. Increase the dosage if you don’t see the desired reactions from people. This is called finding your sweet spot. You can research more about this in the forums.

Also keep in mind that people you already know may not react immediately. They have to get used to your new scent before you see a change in their behavior around you. Some times this can take up to a week of wearing the products daily.

To answer your question, A314 is very good for work and social meetings. Adding IShine will depend on your personality. If you’re the shy type, then IShine will be a great addition to attract more attention to your presence. You will still need to initiate interactions with people, but you will have an easier time with IShine. However, if you’re the type who already has a commanding and intimidating presence, then you will need a different product, such as IH, to buffer A314 a tad.

As for TUTH, read Justintime’s **journal** ([justintime469 journey](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/justintime469-journey/63877)). He did lots of testing with TUTH. The main difference between TUTH and Ammo is how they are used. TUTH is typically used in highly sexually charged meetings, such as at a bar, and it’s typically used in combination with other products, such as Ammo. Ammo is a standalone that can be used successfully solo in a wide variety of situations, such as at work. You can add other products to steer Ammo in the direction you want. For example, using Ammo with TUTH will steer Ammo in a more sexual direction, whereas using Ammo with IShine will steer it in a more social direction. If you could provide us more information about what you hope to achieve with pheromones, then we can perhaps provide better recommendations for your specific situation.

As for the smell, I agree. Ammo doesn’t respond well to my body chemistry. It has a peculiar odor. Other users, however, don’t report this, so this is an example of how your particular body chemistry responds to the products.

I live in USA, so we’re not taxed the same way. Unfortunately, VAT is part of the process when purchasing items outside of EU. Some items might have a different VAT schedule, which could account for the extra fees. Perhaps other EU members can chime in on this.
