hi there i am a 35 male from minneapolis. I read about this [pheromone](https://a314.com/) stuff and was going to make a straightforward purchase of pherlure when i stumbled upon this forum. Now obviously I realize that its not a simple matter of purchasing a spray and then living happily ever-after…which makes sense. So..I am this shy-type ..who comes across as a little unapproachable , maybe a little snobbish and def. a little unfreindly…but once you get to know me I am quite the opposite…now because of this attitude ..this shyness or lack of confidence I have this barrier that prevents me from approaching girls..Now i am conservative and my goal here is to find a product that would make things easier for me to find a girl for a long-term relationship…i am not looking for short-term flings…I want to go out there everyday in my everyday life and find myself attractive to good-looking, females…plain and simple. Hi kahm, Welcome to the forum. For your case, I recommend you to try AMMO, IO, IH and SHine. AMmo will make girls attracted to you. It is well buffered and can be used almost everywhere. Hello and welcome to the forum. Glad yu did not fall into the Pherlure trap. A lot of people here did and most try or wish they could get their money back. I think JB was pretty much dead on in his recommendations for you. However another product you may want to look at in addition to the Ammo is [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). Instant Gentleman does not contain any 'none like Ammo does so it is not directly “sexual” in nature. What it does is give you a smooth, cool vibe which a lot of women find appealing. Hello kahm, welcome on board. JB and BH have already recommended some products. I entirely second those suggestions. The important things to remember: 1. Thanks all of u…this helps..i now have a starting point..also spoke to Steve and he pretty much suggested the same ..he startarted off by instant gentelman but chuked it out after finding out that I am a bit shy..His recommendations were [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) , instant Shine and Instant honesty/openness..so I guess I will start with these…and see how it goes..any other suggestions are welcome too. thanks again. ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 I second Steve’s recommendations. Why you ask ?? 😃 AMMO is sexy attractive interesting mildly arousing safe for all round use. Gives a nice approachable vibe. Says “Hmm this is a guy I would like to get to know” Ishine will stomp out that snobbish unfriendly vibe you feel you give off. Its uplifting warm charismatic confident. IO will increase interaction with others and I suggest this one over IH to start.
