Hey, welcome! Yes, I’ve seen his name on here before. Since he’s your friend I’m sure you must already have some slight knowledge regarding pheromones. Hi Pat, welcome to the forums. Yeah, Instant Shine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) would be good ones for you to try out at first. Shine especially. Easy to use, hard to screw up. Just don’t use it too much, as it can use up your neurotransmitters. So take a couple of days per week off the pheros, at least. Good luck and have fun. ---

You will like IO. Pay attention and you will notice some very obvious hits from it. People become chatty and they will come talk to you! I would not recommend anything with -none in it. At your age its just not needed ---
