I suggest you read about those products and others in [the mens guide](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mens-pheromone-guide-revised-6-15/12168)  
Also, consider trying a bunch of the small sample products available in the to-go bottles, this way you will be able to experiment and figure out what works best in your situation.
