Hello, my name is Raphael and I am 16 years old (I hope I am not too young for this community). I live in Vienna, Austria. I have registered on this forum to learn more about [pheromones](https://a314.com/). I have some experience with girls, meaning that I am not a virgin, but I am hoping to get some more action. I don’t think pheromones will have girls running after me. I am also learning about NLP so I am thinking both combined will increase my chances drastically. Hi Raphael - Welcome to Pherotalk! 🙂 We were all pretty sceptical on arrival here but I hope you will find that the pheros sold here do live up to an honest appreciation of their qualities - ie they are no magic potion and they won’t make girls fall into your bed at one sniff. However, with the right attractive personality and approach, you will find they do help make things a good bit smoother and easier. Then, every now and then, you do meet someone who is just bowled-over by them and that is indeed fun! 😃 As for what to start with - As you are sixteen, it is very likely that you are producing a high level on none naturally. This falls as we age and the other thing you have to contend with is that girls around your age are at their most sensitive to androstenone, so are liable to be repelled by strong/overtly sexual products, again, this changes as they age. One of the biggest mistakes that young guys make with pheros is to use heavy none products on top of their natural signatire and then wonder why the girls avoid them or end-up attracting their mothers/grandmothers instead! However, you can moderate and channel you own none production with the social products - Particularly: [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) - Creates a happy/feelgood/socially confident/centre of attention feeling. Works great alongside almost any other phero/mix. IO - Promotes flowing conversation and takes the aggressive edge off none. IH - Deepens the quality of conversation and encourages interpersonal bonding. A great follow-on from IO when dating/getting to know someone. IG - A light cool/smooth/suave status product that helps make a real impression. Very suitable for your age. As for sexuals, about the only none product a sixteen year old might need is Ammo - A balanced sexy/social/masculine mix of the three main pheros (none, rone and nol) that again is not too overt and usable in a range of social/school/work situations. You will need to test to find the effective dose but I would expect it to be pretty low. 🙂 I’ll also say that whilst AD’s DHL delivery to Europe is expensive, it is also **by far** the fastest and most reliable. Generally only taking a couple of days. Other phero sellers can take weeks and often arrive with a whopping EU customs charge that wipes-out any advantage in cheaper shipping costs. Welcome to Pherotalk Secreit! My suggestions would be **Instant Shine** (this makes you and the people around you feel good) and **[Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/)**(when I wear this people give me signs that they want me to talk to them - like hovering near me- flipping their hair at me, smiling at me, and every once in a while they will just come up and open me) You can read about my experiences with Instant Shine and Instant Openness in my journal titled “my notes” “I have registered on this forum to learn more about pheromones.” I think the journals are the best way to learn about pheromones because you see their results in people’s everyday lives. It is also good to start your own journal because then you can look back and see what worked best for you. Hope to hear about your pheromone adventures soon. ---

Hello Raphael and welcome to the forum. You have gotten some pretty good advice so far but I will throw mine in there as well. What you were told about producing plenty of 'none at your age is true. so based on that i would highly recommend you going with IG. It will give you a cool, smooth kind of vibe and that can often make younger guys like yourself seem older. And that can certainly open up the dating world for you. After that you have the social products that have been mentioned: IO, IH and Ishine. All three are great products but IH is my favorite. It helps create feelings of connection with people. And as you are probably aware, women generally need to feel emotionally connected to someone before they want to physcially connect with them. If you do have a little trouble with those intial conversations then maybe IO and IShine are a little better. ---
