So hello guys and ladies! :o I just wanted to share my list of mixes with some of the women here, I wanted to wait until I got my products and test them for 3 weeks before posting. I had to make a large order to repurchase some stuff. I’ve also been lurking for weeks and gathering new information. I will tell you all the effects I have gathered as well. I have only 3 consecutive mixes and 1 old one. 😛 So let me tell a little bit more about myself because I was reading that race, blood type etc may have something to do with the effects. So here is my reference: > [@](#): > > Race: Black American > Age: 24 > Blood Type: B- > Married > Husband is Caucasian/English/British(We’ll call him H) **NOTE:** Also I like to add that I purchase everything in 50 mcg because it makes it easier for me to preserve me products, because I use less. Also I use short, small little sprays because the dosage is high. So use only small sprays. Also I place these products either in my hair or wrist most of the time. And I have even sprayed in on my inner thighs and behind my knees as well. I get high dosages of everything because I end up using less! 😃. Another thing, I do not buy my EST from AD and my alpha and beta nol I have both from the AD store and another from some other company. **General Date Mix** EST [2 Drops] Instant Sexiness B [2 Sprays] Bubblegum Cops [2 Sprays] Instant Honesty[2 Sprays] [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) 4x [2 Sprays] Beta-Nol 50 mcg [2 Sprays] Notes: For some reason it makes H so much more open, chatting, loving, sensual, protective, and just more fun. This mix drives him crazy(in a good way 😉 ) like he can never keep his hands off of me. In general he is very loving and fun. But it’s amp’d up when I wear this mix. I also tend to get a load of attention from other guys as well. So this will be a attention getting mix, If that’s what you want. :o **Everyday Mix** Alpha-Nol 50 mcg [2 Sprays] Beta-Nol 50 mcg [2 Sprays] Instant Openness 4x [2 Spray] EST [1 drop] MX300 [3 Sprays] Bubblegum Cops [1 Spray] Notes: I’m generally in a great mood and those around are usually in a good mood too with this. People tend to gravitate towards me and laughter tends to follow. I absolutely love my everyday mix. **Events/Special Occasions** EST [3 drops] Instant Sexiness A [1 Spray] Beta-Nol 50 mcg [3 Sprays] Instant Shine 4x [1 Spray] Instant Openness 4x [1 Spray] TAA 50 mcg [2 Sprays] Notes: I tend to get a lot of attention from my family or peers when I’m at an event. This is a mix where you’ll definitely grab attention. This is the mix I used to catch my hubby’s eye. I was intentionally going out to see the hits I’d get. This was back in 2012: Instant Sexiness A [3 Sprays] Bubblegum Cops (at this time I was using EoW, I still do, but I also use another brand that offers even stronger cops): [2 Sprays] TAH (I forgot the mcg I gotten): [2 Sprays] I was actually at the local ice cream joint where my friend’s were living because it was closer to our college campus, and I was living a little further from campus during that time. That’s when I first saw H, he was here in the USA studying aboard and he lived/born in Westminster, London(UK). Now, H was shy 🙄 but I could tell he was checking me out\*(constant stares, almost DIHL )\* when I was sitting with my friends. When I got up to go throw my stuff away, that’s when he approached me\*(He was refreshingly honest and told me I was the most beautiful woman he’s ever seen, explained that it’s not normal for him to approach and that he was god-awfully nervous) \*and the rest is history. 🆒 But I will tell you guys this. I was SUPER excited when he approached me 😛 I thought he was a cutie too. But just to think if I had never worn my mones or even attempted to hang out with my friends that day, I doubt it if I’d ever be married right now. I let my friends borrow my mones sometimes, and they tell me about all the hits they receive when they go clubbing and bar hopping.😃 I cannot wait unti AD starts selling EST, it’s super hard to come by. Well a good kind that is. EST is has become a base for me in my mixes ---

Just two things: -Your dosage of EST is unmarked. What dose is it that you’re using? -Why use Alpha -nol and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) in the same mix rather than either on its own? IO includes Alpha -nol as the primary component, along with a bit of Beta -nol (IIRC) and a number of steering components. -That dose of TAA is insanely high! You don’t crash from using that much? It’s not the highest I’ve seen, but it’s up there. Those Alpha -nol doses in the second mix are at Spaceland-like levels. I’ve always loved using Odyssey myself - high dose Alpha -nol is a magical thing! 😃 ---

I’m still a novice haha 😃 Well the EST I’m using isn’t from this company, and I get them from a separate company. They didn’t state the mcg, just pure EST from the description. For TAA I only use a little I buy all my sprays in 50 mcg if I can, less is best 🙂 Just 2 small little sprays(maybe I’ll edit the list and say small sprays? 😕). Androtics doesn’t sell EST - I thought TAH might have been EST at one point, now I’m not so sure. If you’re using small sprays, then you’re using a lower dose than 50mcg. So you’re transferring it to a smaller spray bottle, I take it? And no, you’re probably better off with higher doses of Alpha -nol. I know I prefer it around 200mcg when I use it. It seems to convert to -enone after a few hours, though. I’m planning on experiencing with antibacterial substances soon - you might try the same. Have you ever run into this problem with that mix of yours? Next time you try it, take notice of any signs of intimidation or aggression after a few hours. ---

Yes, I use smaller bottles and short pumps when I spray 😃 I mean, hey! I just headed to Bath and Body Works for some anti-bacterial gels, so I may give it a test run as well 🙂 Also I didn’t know that Alpha-Nol converted to enone after a few hours. And no, I haven’t experienced any hostility towards me as if yet 😕 ---

great post. I am starting to experiment and make my own mixes also in 5ML togo bottles and I find the high doses are perfect for this.
