Hi Monerzz… Started my first journey of mones today… so, here’s my journal of what’s happening with me… I don’t see any fellow moners from India to compare my experience, if anybody’s around please do connect with me… Let me explain you guys about my environment first, continued much beyond from my [intro thread](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/hello-guys/42864) : I run a small internet startup with a basic office setup sharing with one other guy who runs a consulting business, my team is of only 2 guys and most of the client interactions and meetings happen online and on phone.. The other part of the office team has around 10 guys and 2 girls (very less interaction with this team)… most of my socializing happens on weekend & it’s not regular (every weekend) YES, I’m bored of this life… Regarding, girl friend… I was committed sometime back (life was colorful then) But due to some stupid reasons we split… So, as of now I’m kind of a loner & looking… * * * I have started my day with mones today to office, **Application:** CTTM 2 sprays IO 2 sprays IS 2 sprays AMMO 2 sprays **Spots:** Neck, Wrists. I know it all looks OD, here I wanted some help, when you say 1 spray, how long do you press: 2 seconds.. 5 seconds… per spray (am I stupid here?)? And I have less opportunity to test mones regularly, fewer nostrils around 😉 thus, I can’t be trying on (it may take years) & losing opportunities… **Location:** Office, Weather is 20C Rainy! **Self Effect:** None **Other’s Effect:** It’s been 2 hours now after application; I met the guys in my team, my neighbor’s team… it’s like just another day… same quality & quantity of talks… I don’t feel it’s a ghosting effect too… there’s more to go, I’ll keep you guys updated… Any Shouts, Advices, Comments & Suggestions on my personality, mones usage, anything… please go ahead… blast me… !!! 🙂 Thanks V ---

After 4 hours of being in office and with guys… we plan to go out to a restaurant.. 3 guys of average 28-30 years of age and a girl around 25 (guess) i think of adding some mone & try 2 sprays of CTTM on the neck.. the restaurant is just close to the office, so we walk up the lane… we spent around an hour in the restaurant, the usual talks… next to our table there were 2 girls sitting and kept chatting something (gossip kind-of) they were around 3-4 feet away from our table.. one girl stared at me for some reason & all of sudden a guy joins them & they continue chatting… It was getting late as its festival tomorrow here (DIWALI!).., and we leave the restaurant… Self effect again NONE! Others Effect, again I don’t see anything as HIT! ---

Easy enough to do too. First remember that your girl and yours split-up is a good thing. A renewed opportunity to find the “RIGHT” thing in life. You, my friend, have the same choice as most of us on the forum had to make. You can either be the opportunity maker or the guy who sits around always waiting for the opportunity to be handed to him. I really hope that you are a man looking to take action and get this part of your life squared away. Sometimes when we are around the same people for a long period of time we get stuck in the rut of walking around and around. Its a defeatists purpose to convince oneself that there is nothing better. Somehow we are caught in this cycle where we tell ourselves this is the best we can do while simultaneously attempting to sugar coat all the little things that bother us, because we don’t want to lose what we could never replace. We believe that if we were ever to lose her, even though she is completely not what we wanted to begin with, we would never find anything. So every time she shits on you, every time she treats you like dirt, whenever she flirts with another man with you right there, whenever she reminds you that you are merely dirt under her feet, when you lose your self to this person, you merely let it rip your heart out and to all the world you are going to make a change. This is the time you do it, this is the time you know that there’s going to be a change. I mean you’re really going to do it this time! But then something happens. This time instead of just a pat on the back, there maybe a little more touch. This time she might actually kiss you, or sleep in the same bed with you. This time there is a change. To think, you didn’t even have to get out of your comfort zone. Nah, you can just add some sugar to all those other times. You don’t need to change after all. So when you are able to make that leap like most guys here I applaud you and know you are a man on the right path. You’re getting your life back together and I can see you are a man of action. You should read my thread here: [An Introduction to Mones: Names, Size, Strength, Use, Effects & Duration](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/an-introduction-to-mones-names-size-strength-use-effects-length-of/43003) which will provide you a lot of good answers to some of your questions. One thing I would say is to use about 3 sprays of IO and keep in mind that CTTM is kind of the same thing. Well only that CTTM is half IH and half IO. So use either 3 of IO or 3 of CTTM but not both, not yet anyway. Wear 3 of Ishine and then follow the sweet spot method in the post I linked you to for the ammo. You’re not going to really OD on socials like IO, CTTM and IShine. The only thing with IO and CTTM is people mighty want to keep you to talk long after they should have stopped. Keep it up man, you’re making this happen 😃 ---

Thanks a lot Steve… you made my day… 🙂 HUGS…!!! I’ve come out of the split-up psychomantra… & ur rite I’ll have to be an opportunity maker.. (I will have to work around this..) And yes there must be a change… but im in lookout for a new adventure.. new life.. I know I’m on the right path of action, just seeking a right spark to explode… Thanks for the link and the application info, the information is big… real hope that this time it does the magic for me…. **Day 2** **Application:** AMMO: 2 sprays CTTM: 2 sprays IS: 2+2 sprays IO: 2+2 sprays Applied 2 sprays of ammo on chest, close to neck.. & 2 sprays of cttm on neck.. immediately travelled by bike (fully covered) for around 45 minutes… parked my bike, applied 2 sprays of IS & 2 sprays of IO in the basement parking area.. joined the party & went on as usual, nobody were new all known faces, wished everybody had some sweets did some puja.. went on to the terrace to burst some crackers and view some fireworks, that’s where I found this lady open up talks mentioned in other’s effect. Later, everybody joined for dinner & what happened next I’ve added in the other’s effect below… **Spots:** Neck, Wrists, Chest **Location:** Friend’s Home, Get-together party for diwali (traditional) **Self Effect:** Comparatively Submissive, Lost in thoughts… later, when I reached home slept very early than regular & for a longer duration.. **Other’s Effect:** As usual, found some shyness but no talks nor eye contact in one lady (my friend’s wife). Another lady found to open up talks than usually being to herself, but not much talks, just 5 mins. of talks.. Rather I started conversations & found kind of everybody were listening rather than talking, also got an comment in the end after the party saying that I was very silent today… ☹ I don’t know if my environment I’m in is conservative or the mones are not working towards my body chemistry or I’m not making the right moves or I’m not able to identify the indicators… I’m on a complete lookout… **Please educate!!!** ---

**Day 3** **Application:** AMMO: 2 sprays IO: 3 sprays TUTH: 2 sprays **Spots:** [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) on Neck, IO on Wrists & below ears, TUTH on Chest **Location:** Office, all alone waiting for a lady (unmarried, 30’s) with whom I’ve had some adventurous rides before (blown her mind 5 times in a night @ office & @ her house 😉 **Self Effect:** NONE **Other’s Effect:** She comes into the office just after 15 minutes of me applying the mones, it’s been a longtime since we met… she came to drop some brochures for an event … spoke for a long time about work and how the celebrations went on which we usually do… was actually sitting pretty close to her (2ft), but still found not much extra talks or IOI or any sexual trigger… we spent around 2 hours together here… Experienced nostrils out there… Any comments, advices, feedbacks… ?
