I don’t have a lot of practice making reports, so I hope this covers all the bases.

I split one spray of MX135 between both of my wrists and placed a second spray in my hair before work this morning. The chocolatini smell was pretty terrible, so after about ten minutes I covered it with a real chocolate scent called Valentine’s Chocolate.

The pheros seemed to affect me more than anyone else. I felt quite a bit bouncier than usual and much more cheerful. It put me in an up beat mood. The cheerful morning took me all the way through my entire day at work. While I was upbeat, no one else seemed to have any sort of reaction. I think I will have to change my doses tomorrow morning and see what happens.

That is a good first report 🙂

No need of being long or anything, just to the point is great, like yours.

You will soon see some effects on others too soon, so keep looking!

Reps for starting posting good stuff!

Maybe you need another spray or two, but you’re already seeing great effects on yourself! If you were previously not a bouncy, cheerful person, it may take your coworkers and those around you time to adjust to the “new you”, but they will, and they will in turn begin reacting to your pheros.

MX135 is such a great product, isn’t it? 🙂

Great post Book!
Let’s keep sharing that MX135 LOVE… Trust me, after a while, you WILL notice others responding in a very positive way. Ariadne is right, you might need more to actually diffuse it. It’s tricky at first finding the line between self/others effects. Try 3-4 sprays - one of those perhaps right under your chin. I try to concentrate sprays to the front as I find it’s wasted on my wrists (I use my hands alot to talk - too much flapping).

After I posted my above response, I got to thinking about how things have changed for me over the past few months since I started using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). I thought I might quickly share my observations here. 🙂

My demeanor used to be very much like Heather Mooney’s in Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion: very standoffish and surly. It didn’t matter what I looked like, I’m sure my attitude put men off in droves. Over the past year or two I’ve been consciously working on changing that, and the self effects I have received from pheromones have helped tremendously. It’s to the point where people I previously did not get along with whatsoever just can’t help coming up to talk to me, smiling at me, they want my attention and seem really uplifted when I give it to them. Another thing that has changed is, I’m really happy to give it to them, whereas before I would be drained by interpersonal interaction like that very quickly.

This is just to reiterate the point that, however you go about changing your own demeanor and attitudes (be it through conscious work, pheromones, or a mixture of both) a positive, upbeat, selfless attitude will draw people to you more quickly than anything else. At that point you have more opportunity to let your phero cloud work on them. 😉

My demeanor is often interepretated the exact same way, tho I wasn’t doing it on a concious level. I’m really a “people person,” and couldn’t understand why I was so socially awkward. Then my bff pretty much told me that I come off as being stuck up to those who don’t know me. So I decided to change that with more eye contact, being more vocal, and smiling more. Though I’m just a week in with pheromones, particularly Ishine and MX135, they are definitely giving me an extra boost in the right direction. I went phero-less yesterday and I got wonderful results from just smiling and acknowledging people. I am so loving the new me and others are as well…Ahhh life is so spledid now 😃

I love Janeane Garofalo…ya I also do not readily/easily suffer fools…lol…but I’m not unkind…just impatient, annoyed…bored. I usually extract myself quickly and…run away…lol. 😃 I also leave behind the egotistical, thoughtless and mean…life is too short to put up with that nonsense…I have better things to do with my time.

Yes, agreed, you must _first_ be approachable. The want/need to change is key here. Pheromones are a useful tool…but no matter what you spray on yourself they won’t change your personality or the personality of those around you. However…they \*can \*bring to light latent/suppressed feelings…but they have _to be there to begin with_ to even surface. Chosen carefully and applied in the right circumstance pheromones, can and do, definitely give you an edge in the social hierarchy. It all works together…though frankly, in my book, working on yourself and developing neccessary social skills help to create the opportunity for more meaningful social interaction and will take you further than pheromones any day of the week. The upfront work, in _anything_ you do in life, is what often draws the line between success and failure. 😉 🙂 🆒

LOL
Yeah, ladies around here either love it or hate it…

Personally, wearing just one spray of MX135 makes me annoyingly upbeat. It’s not enough for other people to feel the same way, apparently… 🙄

I find the most effective places to spray are the chest/neck, as Phernoob implied, and the hair. Depending on where you spray to the hair, you get very different diffusive results. Only people 8+ inches taller than me are effected when I spray to the top of my head, and spraying anything to the length of my hair builds up a great big phero cloud. The more a place heats up or is thrown around, the better diffusion is.

I don’t get great results when I apply anything to my wrists either for some reason. Then again, perfumes morph at twice the speed on my wrists, so maybe pheros are eaten in the same way?

So yesterday was day 2 of my MX135 testing. I made the mistake of applying them to my wrists again yesterday morning, but I’ll have to try out a different spot next time (maybe my chest?)

I’m still not seeing a reaction from anyone else, but the self effects are quite nice. I like being more cheerful and upbeat; it makes my day much nicer. 🙂 My normal demeanor is not so much negative, as it is quiet/awkward. I am far too shy and most people tend to terrify me. I never know what to say; its often a struggle just to talk. This does not seem to be quite as much of a problem with my MX135. I’m hoping to find the right mix to help me eventually overcome that struggle. But hey, wanting to change is supposed to be half the battle, right?

Anyway, thank you to everyone for your helpful advice and input! I appreciate it.

Hey, bookgirl! Great reports on MX135! You should start a journal 🙂.
I’m also quite shy and sometimes struggle to find something to say…I’m hoping the MX135 will help me too, because I actually want to change. Now I’m just patiently waiting for my order to come in so I can test it out.

Book. I can really relate to what you are saying about demeanor. I have always been shy & awkward (prolly b/c i was a tall ugly skinny teenager with bad teeth and horrible hair).
Anyway, I really have noticed great self-effects from MX135.
We had some new neighbors move in two houses down. Normally, I would chance to bump into them, then exchange some halting conversation, and finally make an excuse and run off. I had sprayed 4 sprays of MX135 a couple of hours before. I saw the neighbors in their front yard, marched over and introduced myself. My H could NOT believe it. Later that evening, I was sitting in their living room shooting the shit with them and their friends.
Book, hang in there. I totally have been where you are. There is a certain je ne sais quoi that comes from wearing the pheros. It takes time. MX135 will make you feel confident and smooth - and able to find that bon mot in the convo that will have others laughing. I like to think of it as my safety net. It wont fail me.
Seriously. It takes a few weeks for your siggy & brain to adjust.
Keep at it. Please keep us posted.

Hi Bookgirl

Do you have instant openness yet? If you do try a spray or two paired with mx135 once you’re finished solo testing. Alpha androstenol helped me to over come my own brand of introversion and people aversion. Wearing it not only makes me feel great, I am more open to talk with people I normally would avoid. Also in my opinion, because I was approached so much more for conversation, whether I liked it or not, it in a way trained me into being more social and openly available for conversation. I no longer feel awkward or forced when in those situations.

It can still be draining, especially if I am spotlighted and had so many focused on me from whatever tasty phero combination worn, I’ll always be an introvert. 🆒
