I thought I would keep a log of what I got up to, my starter kit arrived today and it seemed a sensible start point after reading the forums and site to try something out and see if there were any self effects. **Day 1 (activities)** - 12pm I dug out the instant shine and gave 1 spray to the side of my neck which sort of dribbled out and went all over everywhere but none of it hit me, I am guessing it is because it was the 1st spray so I tried again and got a good second shot out as hope so maybe rather 1 spray I am on about 1.1 sprays - I drove for about 20 min to a tip to throw away some old stuff that had been cluttering up the house for way too long, thought the car might be a good place to detect self effects - Every day I walk for between 1 and 3 hours, today I walked around the lakes for about 90 min - I came back home (another 20 min in the car) - About 3pm Sprayed another shot of instant shine to the other side of my neck and one square in my face - Went to my in home gym and did a hour long stretching session, no weights or anything that would make me sweat, really just working ham and hip flexibility - Went to the shop to pick up some food essentials stopped for a coffee on the way home and sat in to drink it - Just now 5pm Sprayed on more shot into my hair and one on the back of my hands and rubbed them together **Day 1 (effect)** As I expect with most people after I sprayed the 1st shot I was very aware of the fact I was waiting for something to happen, sort of wondering when a feeling might will kick in but I more or less forgot Id even sprayed it after that. I havent felt any different at all today, I knew I wouldnt be around people much so thought this would be a nice way to see if there were any self effects or if I felt different in any way but I cant report anything different at all. I kept increasing the amount sprayed because I purposfully started low with 1 squirt with the plan to increase it as the day went on. ---

Today I decided to try something a little different, my training partner was coming around at noon for a very heavy weights session, I am close to a personal best on the deadlift so have been focusing on breaking my record. Our training sessions are very mixed, some days we will talk and about everything and everyone and others we wont say much and will just get on with the lifting. I got up at 10am, had a shower/food and sprayed IH, one shot on the front and one on the back of my neck about 30 min before he arrived. I had planned to use openness and nont IH but I couldnt find the openness bottle as I was rushing, it was in the box I just missed it for some reason. I think I will try this next time he comes around. The session was good, I enjoyed it and lasted for about 40 min, I always enjoy it and it is usually between 30-50 minutes depending on what we are doing. Conversion just seemed normal, it was sunny for the 1st time in ages so there was a bit of an extra feelgood factor and we decided if it was as nice as this again next time we would drag the bench into the garden and have our 1st outdoor session of the year. Nothing positive to report after 2 days but I will say when I ordered I wasnt too bothered about these self effects/social products I am really more interested in the ammo. Tomorrow Im going out for an all day drinking session with some friends Ive know a long time so it will be the 1st time I am really exposed to a fair number of people while using them. Im thinking 2 shots of ammo to the neck just before I set off and see how it goes. I do imagine tomorrow will end up very, very drunk so I will be looking for effects in the 1st 4-5 hours before I am utterly smashed… Update to follow when Ive sobered up and recovered so we are probably looking at Monday! ---

We ended up going out quite early yesterday so many of the bars we went in were quite empty except for our group. I fired an ammo on my neck before going out, the first shot basically missed so I took another 2 shots, I also fired an openness onto my hand but I cant say I noticed anything out of the normal with interactions within my group or anyone else. I feel like trying something a bit more extreme just to see if I get a reaction at all as I am becoming even more cynical now, you can always make the point that maybe I am not noticing the effects on others but also I am not having any self effects at all. Im going to the cinema tonight with a friend and his sister. I will be the one driving so picking them up. Just to see if I get a reaction, even a negative one/out of the normal Im going with… 5 shots of ammo (I dont want to use up all this stuff as it is the one I have the most interest in using) 10 shots of TUTH 10 shots of openness 10 shots of honesty 10 shots of shine Ill report back later 🙂 ---

Feeling massively cynical at the moment but I am going away for a few days and taking a couple of bottles with me. Wont be posting the log every day as I am away but I will make a note of anything significant to share when I get back. Lack of effects, especially lack of self effects when using hight doses has me very tempted by the money back guarantee but to be fair I have only given it 4 trys so maybe I am quick to judge, lets see how the next few days go. ---

You need to spend some more time testing to see the benefits, often it is just subtleties sometimes its is obvious.. 10 shots of anything is od territory. People must have smelt you coming a mile a way… I guess your sweet spot will be around two sprays with those products you have inx1.. I agree and would try the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IShine around the 2-3 spray range and see what you get. I actually in a car get the very best effects hitting people with the ac/heat on recirculation and the effects hit everyone and hard. ---

I agree with the others too. I thought when I started out 6 years back that either I had a nice bottle of great smelling perfume, or voodoo juice. Turns out I had black magic, lol!! I’ve used some mones and they’ve done zip for me, some I’ve mixed and gotten a god awful smell and others have worked wonders, enough for me to buy more of those particular products again and again!! Same goes for the different strengths (Mcg’s). They all say start off for a low amount and work your way up until you find the best mcg that suits you. I’ve gotten results with 5mcg products and then found better results with others at 20mcg, it’s all about trying out the different products. Once you find the one that suits you, you’ll understand what we’re all talking about. It’s different for everyone. What might work for me at one strength (Mcg) might not work for you at the same level. You might need to use a higher or lower amount. Seriously wouldn’t recommend putting too much on, as it can have a negative effect for what you are looking for, been there done that, lol! 😉 ---

Wow, only just noticed the 10 shots of TUTH, lol!! Please tell me that’s the 2.5mcg (1x strength) and not the 5mcg (2x Double strength)?!! I did 5 shots (2.5mcg) before work and got mauled by one girl, but others I noticed backed right off! The more you add of TUTH the more you have a risk of making people feel uncomfortable, as you may come across that you’re ‘On heat’ like a wild animal looking for a mate! Using too much can also make males become angry, not really seen that myself, but AD does mention it on their store page. As I said in my other post, start low (1 or 2 sprays/low mcg’s) then work your way up. Don’t just whack the whole lot on in one go as, in the words of Conjurator, you’ll ‘Cas-per’ yourself almost like being a ghost in a room and no one wants to come near you! Hi - yep I know that what I did was over the top but I did that one purpose. I was just seeing if I got any reaction good or bad. Im not using moans all out to try to get people into bed I just thought I would try them out and see if I saw a reaction in anyone mainly for a bit of fun. If I did see some positive effects then that would be a good thing and I would definitely keep using them where they gave me an advantage in any terms. There are a couple of people Id like the to effect more than others but generally Im just trying them out to have some fun. The interesting thing is when I did my over the top dose as detailed here I was out with a friend and his sister who I have known for over 10 years, Id have loved to have seen a pissed off over the top reaction from either of them (a negative or aggressive reaction would have been a good result) and I was hoping for it as if something like that did happen and we fell out Id wait until the next day and just tell them I coated myself with moans and it seems they are very open to been effected by them so to be careful! Id even have shown them this thread the next day and laughed at their reaction. The interesting thing was I saw no difference in the behaviour of anyone at all positive or negative so I purposfully went way over the top because I wanted to see any reaction at all. Ive actually been away on a trip as I posted before which is why I have been quiet. I didnt keep a day by day log on the trip but I was with a group of friends I have know for a long time, a mixed group of male and female, that was when I thought I would do some real testing as we were sharing a villa/rooms and around one another the whole time. I didnt take the ishine because from reading it seems like self effects are one of the biggest reason for using it and as I posted I never had any when using it. I used one type of spray each day with the exception of one day when I mixed. I made mental notes but had the most interest in seeing the effects of the ammo. I honestly didnt see any difference in the way anyone behaved when I was using the sprays, one day I even carried a bottle with me and applied it every 4-5 hours around the same 3 people until I ran out. I will also add that when I used the A314 I felt a little unwell and wasnt a fan of the smell at all but I will say to its credit I think [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) smells amazing and is is likely worth the cost alone just to use to smell so good. Im really cynical as to if these will work on/for me, I know a lot of people swear by them so I am not saying they dont work for anyone else but given Ive not seen any difference in the people around me (even when going over the top on purpose to get any reaction at all) I suspect they dont work for me as an individual. I am not in the position where I would totally write them off for me but I cant get anymore cynical, Ive used up 80% of the intro kit and cant say I have seen anything or even seen a self effect. Id made my mind up to request my money back on the way home from my trip but I found this old post which seemed to have jumped to the top of the forum when I got home: [What is Instant Jerk like, and where is it safe to wear? - #8 by WildFlower](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/instant-jerk/13760/8) Id read about IJ a few times on here and it seems like the most extreme of products. I am thinking about ordering an IJ and one more bottle of ammo (double power). As IJ seems like the most extreme I could use this as a “final test” and if I didnt see any reaction from anyone using this then I would have put my mind at ease that I tested heavily and these dont work for me as I still have a feeling I might be missing something but I really am on the edge. My understanding is I could either return the intro pack and get a refund towards the new order or just wait and try the IJ and ammo and then if it doesnt seem to do anything I could return the whole lot for a refund. One thing I will say is the service here has been pretty good but I am still cynical about the products for me… ---

Okay today I put in my refund/return request for the intro pack as its more or less used up, I am going to see how that goes and then make my mind up on this final test. My timing is always awful so I guess I will need to wait for the weekend to pass before I hear back on the refund request. Im actually thinking for quite an effective neutral test to get hold of some IJ and spray/soak it on a few friends jackets then observe them on a night out without letting on. Also - Im going to tell the group I was just on a trip with that I was using moans on the trip and see how they react, Ill ask them if they noticed anything or felt anything different. we have all known one another a long long time and Im sure I will get some interesting comments. I have read some of the newer posts today and I cant decide if I am on the fringe of something that works or on the edge of some scientology like cult 🙂 ---

With people I already know like family, co-workers and friends it has took some time for them to adjust to the new signature. For example I am almost always now using either 1 spray of TUTH regular or 1 spray 2.5MCG Androstenone daily in a mix and it took a good few 2-3 exposures for them to get use to this new setup. I did not get ghosted, just more a slight confused look as they are not used to this. If you go from nothing to an extreme with high doses with people you know it may really confuse them. What I would do is take 1 maybe IShine or Ammo and use 1 spray and give them at least twice to adjust to the 1 spray, then up it to 2 sprays and test a few times to see what you get. Now this is with people you know. With strangers that do not know you, you can wear whatever because they do not have a set memory of you in there mind and you can hit them with whatever( I would stay 2-3 sprays so you don’t OD). I would go to the very basics and test 1 at a time and a lower dose is better than trying to throw them all on(I did this when I first started and I did not get much results). When I was single and starting out I was 27 or 28. When I went to back to the very basics is when things worked the very best. I used 2 sprays when first meeting women and then hit them with that twice and then I added some IShine on the third date and on the fourth I added a small amount of TUTH and things worked really well for me. I would at least test everything in the kit and then if you are still not happy ask for a refund. ---

Most people seem to be getting totally hung up on the fact I used too many on one test but I wanted to stress that I did that because I was looking to get any reaction at all from anyone after seeing nothing so far. I thought it would be helpful to do a quick summary post of everything above with some details stripped out to show why I got to this point: **Day1** 3 shots of ishine - noticed no effects but the most important thing for me here was no self effects, I tried an extra shot directly in the face to see if it helped at all. I saw no effects on anyone else but also can say with 100% certainty there were no self effects which seems to be a big focus with ishine **Day 2** Used IH in a closed room with 1 person (male) while we trained, conversation was limited. We work out together all the time, some days we put the world to right, some days we wont say more than a few words to one another. Conversation was limited. **Day3** Used some ammo and went drinking all day, didnt notice anything at all but as there was very heavy drinking it might not be the best test environment. **Day4** Was really cynical at this point, I had not seen effects but also I had not _had any self effects._ At this point it had me thinking "if everyone is having self effects with these things and I am not then maybe they dont work on me and therefore wont work on those around me when I use them. This is why I used a massive overdose - just to see if there was any reaction at all. I was in the car with 2 people I know well. I was hoping that the overdose would either cause them to be annoyed/react badly/react in any way different to normal but it didnt. I read that the TUTH might annoy the guy, I sort of hoped that would happen and if we had an argument Id have just called the guy the next day and told him what I did and shown him this thread so he know he reacted to the moans! **Few day trip (5 days)** I dont have a perfect log for this but I used up most of the moans in the intro kit, I was away with a group of friends I have known for a long time and used moans every day. I didnt mix them and I stuck to around 3-4 shots max per time. I didnt see any difference. **Today** I tried 5 shots of shine, 1 on the back of each hand, one on the wrist and one in the face. I wasnt going out anywhere but was looking for self effects while I did some stuff on the laptop but cant say I noticed anything, I even tried breathing deeply with my hands in front of my face to see if I could really pull anything in I have one of my longest known friends coming around tomorrow for a catch up, I am planning/hoping to do a test on her. We know one another really well, my plan is to spray her with the ishine without telling her what it is, just tell her I want to test something then blast her with the spay on each hand and the neck. Ill ask her in a hour or so if she feels any different or notices anything and get some feedback from her. Before she goes Ill just show her the bottle and tell her what it is but not until she has given me some feedback. ---

**Today** Today I went through with the ishine test I outlined above, I had a friend come over and asked her if I could try something on her. It was a funny experiment as I basically told her I needed to spray her with something and I wasnt going to tell her what it was. I fired 2 shots of ishine onto the back of each of her hands and one on the side of her neck then told her to try and forget about it which was basically impossible as she was curious. We fixed some stuff on her laptop and she kept touching where the ishine was sprayed, we were on the computer for about 40 min then sat around chatting for a while. It was just over a hour and a half when I asked her to give me her verdict on the spray… Her verdict was that is was an okay moisturiser but she had used much better (obviously totally off track with regards to what it was supposed to be doing as she thought it was some kind of skin cream). I quizzed her for a bit at which point she accused me of making her use a germ killing hand spray (alcohol hand run or whatever they are called) before I would let her touch my PC. She didnt mention feeling any different or having any kind of buzz so I told her what it was, at this point she freaked out a little bit and went and washed it off because she had the misconception that it had been extracted from animals - I found the whole thing pretty hysterical but cant say I experienced any effects sitting in the room with her and she was adamant that it had no impact on her mood. ---

lol, well that just made me laugh!! 🙂 Mones, they come in different forms - Plant, Animal, Human, Synthetic. Who knows what is in ours, but I use them anyway! 😃 Yeah, I can see why she freaked! Can you of imagined what would of happened if you’d sprayed her in TUTH and then had to tell her what it was?!! I find I get a better hit from IShine when I spray it to my Adam’s apple (1-2 sprays), but I get a better response when I use the double strength. Single strength, I tend to use 4-6 sprays to get the same feeling; and yeah it effects me more than people around me. What I have found with some of the mones on my trials is that they all work at different distances away from you. Some people notice them within 3 metres, others have to be practically hugging you to get the effect from the product. Then it’s all down to the strength/mcg you are using, how much you are using and where you have applied it, again these are all factors that I have had to literally teach myself. I didn’t do it all over night either, been using a multitude of products from this company for over 6 years now. Some have done nothing, whilst others have given me fantastic results, but I’ve not always seen those results after the 1st spray/test. Must admit, it took me a long time to spot the ‘signs’ everyone else was going on about, but now I know what they are, what to look out for, it makes it a lot easier for me to tell if a product I’m testing is effective on others or just me, or no one at all. One other thing you have to factor in is the environment. Is it hot, cold, wet, windy, are you indoors, outdoors, are you at altitude. I know it sounds nuts when you see that, but really, some mones only work in certain environments; and others don’t work at all! I see that you’ve sent your intro pack back, sorry that it didn’t work out for you, has for me, hence why I’m still here; and tend to stick with the same products over and over. Every now and then, I’ll live dangerously and try something new, kind of curiosity kicks in; and other times, I’ll just chuck a whole pile of mones together and hope to god that the smell contained in the bottle is good at the end of it (Some have been a royal disaster)! There are other [pheromone](https://a314.com/) sites out there, just remember, do your homework, don’t order _anything_ until you have tried to see if there are any reviews about the products/company online. Websites with no contact page, are usually the ones you need to be careful of and steer clear from! NH. ---

Thanks - I posted with tracking and it was recieved yesterday so I am expecting the refund soon. Im not completely done with these products but I am going to try some other stuff from another site. I might come back and try things from here in the future. I wish I had a little more ammo in the intro pack to try as that was the one of main interest to me, I dont know how useful this feebdack is but I know there were 2 shines in the intro pack, i would have preferred 2 ammos but I guess everyone is different. It has been fun playing around with these even if I can say I didnt see any effects on anyone else or feel any self effects. ---

Not that I’ve ever found the need to ‘return’ anything (Have had one order got sent to the wrong address once. I got their order/invoice, they got mine, stuck in the envelopes for our addresses!!
