# my order STILL aint arrived!

i ordered some products from smartmones on the 14th january! i payed the 2-3 delivery option ..but my still nothing has arrived!

i live in UK but surely it does not take this long!

ive contacted the sales department! but ive had not response ☹😕

what shall i do?

They are unusualy backed up and in process of many things. I have 2 orders out from the same time period (15th and 18th). If you’re concerned just call, jasmine will take care of you.

It sounds like you sent an email to the sales department – don’t do that! CALL JASMIN – it’s an international call, but I bet she tells you to hang up and calls you back – and get the Jasmin Experience. She will care for you and ease your woe.

Don’t worry, I’ve been in a similar situation Botanic. Just do as everyone says : Call Jasmine. I guaranty you, she’ll take care of it asap. Jasmine rocks ! The guys at Androtics have been pretty busy lately.

i have an order of the whole instant line waiting to be processed and was wondering what was happening too. i sent an email and didnt get any reply either, but jasmin tryed calling me 3 different times, though i was in class each time. if you send an email maybe specify when a good time to call is or a good way to reach you. also, if this is your first order like mine, apparently some clearance needs to come through from the bank or something before your order is shipped. if your status is “processed” im sure thats the delay and its out of her hands.
