So I am planning on starting my journal soon after I finish my final next week for Advanced Pharmacology (shoot me). My current arsenal includes Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), Instant Sexiness/A, Alfa Maschio, L2K, True Sexiness (women), and True Trust (women). So far I’ve been mixing them in various combos, depending on my intended result, but I need to control myself and resist the temptation to fully examine the effects of each product and go from there. 🙂 So I’ll definitely do that soon. My initial question, though, before I start on it is that I’ve started noticing a trend whenever I apply pheromones—my hands get cold, even when I’m not nervous. My hands typically get cold only when I’m nervous and it’s freezing outside. Initially, I felt this with L2K, so I thought it must have been one of the male pheromones..but I also experienced it shortly after one spray of Alfa Maschio, and also even after P82, IS, or IO. It’s nothing bad, just something I’m trying to delve in. Being a nurse, I am curious what it also does to a person’s vital signs.. does it constrict your blood vessels to your extremities? Does it just send a signal to your brain that excites it, hence the coolness? If anyone has experienced this as well, please let me know! I’m just curious. ---

Welcome to PheroTalk, janibote! Advanced Pharmacology, you say? Sounds fun and depressing at the same time. What a wonderful combination! Interesting how many male mixes you have there. I’m curious what kind of results you’ve gotten there, and even more as to what led you to go for those mixes over a female mix? As to your question, I’d say vasoconstriction is an unlikely possibility. You tend to be able to feel side effects that unpleasant, and boy is that one uncomfortable side effect! I’m no closer to an answer than you, however, and I’ve never experienced this myself, or it may be that I just haven’t noticed it. I’ll look for this over the next few weeks and let you know if I get anything. I’d recommend taking a look at P78 first. A dose of around 15mcg is good, though many women use a lot more than this. Just note that, without [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) or something similar to balance them out, P78 _will_ conflict with IO and IS. This definitely looks like a journal worth following, the first in a long time. Maybe it’s my obsession with pharmacology. Either way, consider me subscribed! ---

I haven’t noticed cold hands. Perhaps it has happened and I just didn’t notice it, because I’m used to my hands randomly getting cold from time to time. Interesting, I’ll pay more attention to that. I have noticed my heart rate increasing with IS, and my pupils dilating with an OD of a combination of IS/A and MX335. ---

I’ve been jotting down notes on a small notebook, hoping nobody sees them! So far so good though! I have several rationales for choosing several male mixes over the female ones.. One being pure curiosity (I’m inherently curious as it is hehe), two being my gf being bisexual.. I wanted to see how she would respond to both. She also tends to be a bit submissive in bed, and typically has a low libido, so I wanted to see if a male mix with enone and some androstadienone will help in igniting that and perhaps get her to be a bit more dominant in bed. I did also get IS/B, to see if that would help. I wanted to see which one would be more effective in her case seeing as she’s bi. Another reason is that I’m very petite, and sometimes seen as someone who cant be assertive (at least by people who hardly know me), and I look young for my age (due to my Asian genes, perhaps?). But i wanted to see how some male mones (which I know females also produce in minute amounts) will help in balancing the impression I make so I’m not underestimated by people or patients in the workplace (I’m a healthcare professional) and be seen as a bit more authoritative. I did get IO and IS to balance them out just in case, but as far as I am seeing, I’m getting very positive reactions from my gf and other people. Although I did notice my dad getting agitated when I wore some AM. Anyhoo.. I hope my rationales make sense, I’ll definitely keep you guys posted. A heads up on my future reports: I’ve been getting some more frequently since I started using them. 😃 Can’t complain, but maybe I should tone down on it since my Advanced Pharm final is in 3 days!!! ---

I haven’t noticed the pupil dilation as of yet..but maybe I’ll need to pay more attention. I’m so excited to really have the time to zone in on the world of mones! ---

Interesting observation! I pray for further observation coming from you and the others. Pupil dilation and increase in heart rate (some called the effect as ‘nervousness’) is indeed observed by various users. And now, the cooling of hands observation. I suggest a test on each mone to see if you are feeling the effect on each or in some mones only. Subscribed! 😃 ---

AM + IS + IO + True Love + True Charisma = Mixed reactions, but great nonetheless Hi there! I apologize for the delay, I JUST finished my Advanced Pharmacology final last Tuesday, and took a bit of time to recovery from the stress obtained from that.. (be still, my brain 😛). Anyway, I thought I’d share my experiences from Coachella 2015 and a few days after, since I thought these were the days wherein I noticed the most hits.. For those who don’t know yet, btw, I’m a 29 y/o Filipino female, engaged to a 28 y/o Chinese girl. Been told to be attractive, smart, and fit (although in my opinion, these are all subjectively relative. 😉 ) I’m petite and my blood type is O-positive. I also am under a lot of stress at the moment from recently coming out to my parents and telling them about the engagement, preparing for the wedding, going through graduate school full time, and trying to find time to spend with the gf. [Information shared to perhaps give info to the experts who might have a take on the effects of all these factors on my natural pheromone signature]. Ok so here were the recent findings: Coachella weekend: Day 1: GF and I got to our hotel at about 5pm, where we were staying with two friends. Started getting ready, showered, changed, make up, etc. Sprayed on 1 Alfa Maschio on chest, IS x2 on wrists, IOX1 on back of my neck, 3 dabs of True Love (sample) on my neck, and 3 dabs of True Charisma (sample). This night was a bit weird. I MIGHT have overloaded as I got mixed reactions from strangers, although my GF and friends did seem hyper throughout the night. We were in line to the beer garden, wherein the crowd was packed and everyone was pretty much bumping into one another. While we were struggling to get in, I told my gf “omg so many people!” To my surprise, I hear a random girl talking to me Girl: “Oh I KNOW you’re here!” Me: I turn my head and I was like “excuse me?” Girl: “OH I KNOW YOU’RE HERE!” Me: “that’s nice.” Girl: “I know you’re here!” Me: “Great, thanks for letting me know.” At that point, the situation sunk down even more and I got agitated. Mind you, I have a natural “I do no harm to anyone and I’m innocent” look, and things like this don’t typically happen to me on a regular basis, but I don’t like feeling like I’m being stepped on, and this angered me. So when the girl got in front of me, I said “Who the f was that idiot I wasn’t even talking to!” Anyway, the gf got me some beer and was teasing me to calm down and just enjoy the good vibes from everybody else. While we were standing in the beer garden enjoying our beers, a random buff dude comes up to me talking about “Midas’ touch.” It was loud, though, and I couldn’t make out everything else he was trying to tell me, and my gf was on my left while the guy stood to my right. and my two friends were behind us. So i dorkily just said “I can’t lol” JUST in case he was asking for my number. My friends said he seemed like he was hitting on me, but I just said I couldn’t understand what he was saying. LOL My gf seemed happy and touchy though. And she and my friends seemed to be laughing a lot. My gf tends to be a happy person, but lately we’ve been fighting a lot and she hasn’t been smiling as much as she used to, but that night she seemed like she had gone back to her old happy and touchy self. When we got back to the hotel at midnight, we rinsed off and showered, I didn’t apply any mones and went to bed as I had to head back to LA from Palm Springs for an 8:30 am saturday class ( i know, that was crazy). My gf usually has a VERY low sex drive and shes known that this has been an issue for me, as my drive is very high. When we laid down, she was like “you have to be up early tomorrow, so I guess we’ll just have sex tomorrow then?” Knowing myself, I can’t pass up on sex, and so I said “well, it actually might help put me to sleep a lot easier…” Also, she’s not the type to initiate or be aggressive, but to my surprise, she gets up on top of me, starts kissing me and heads down south.. Safe to say, I didn’t get much sleep that night. Note: I will be posting the results from the other two days from that weekend separately as I used a different combo. I know, I know, I should test each one individually, but I guess I was getting a bit greedy considering it was a big festival. lol I will try to do separate tests next time. ---

I haven’t noticed getting cold hands actually I stay warmer than usual when wearing is/a. One thing I have noticed is a tendency to take deeper breaths. I don’t know if it’s because I’m forgetting to breathe as much or if it’s a reaction to the male [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) they put in there because I guess at a state of arousal you are compelled to breathe deeper for whatever reason. When I worked at an assisted living facility I noticed that after I started Wearing pheromones that sometimes people would complain of their hearts racing and feeling light headed. I’m not sure if there’s a connection there. ---

Don’t want my patients having palpitations or shortness of breath…lol but definitely a change in our homeostasis is apparent when using certain pheromones. I’ve noticed that my heart starts beating faster too. So far the coolness in my hands has dissipated. I think my body just needed to acclimate to them. But it’s a sure sign they do work. ---

Ammo Summer hits from men when used by a girl So I just got out of kickboxing at 9pm. I sprayed Ammo Summer x1 at 2pm and another at 7pm before my 7:30 pm kickboxing class. Here is my experience using it as a standalone thus far: 7:30: driving to the gym, self effects seem to be increased excitement and motivation to get a good workout in. But then again it might be my preworkout. Although I’d beg to differ because I’ve gotten accustomed to this particular preworkout that I haven’t really been experiencing the same amount of motivation I used to feel immediately after drinking the said pwo. 8:00-9 no IOI’s short of my usual. I was particularly interested in seeing the effect it would have on my female kickboxing instructor as my friend and I have been speculating whether she likes girls or not. I’ve had several instances where she’d randomly get up behind me and touch the back of my thighs and compliment me, and some instances where she’d text me after a class saying she liked what I was wearing to class or that my outfit was “sexy.” That was without any pheromones on. So i cant tell whether it was hits from what I had on or my usual. She was smiley though and still kept watching me randomly throughout the class period. 9ish: the noticeable hit I got was from a random guy who suddenly calls out to me as I was leaving class. He had a DIHL look and asking me if I’ve seen me somewhere. He wasn’t attractive and I felt a bit uncomfortable, but he just had a look where he seemed to feel dreamy. He also looked confused, saying “are you on facebook?” To which I responded, “yeah. But everyone is on fb lol” then he kept saying how he really feels he’s seen me somewhere and kept thinking where, like he didn’t want me to leave. I just said “hmm maybe you’ve seen me around here? I’ve been a member at this gym for almost 2 years and am a regular..” he just kept bringing random places and I said no to all. Then to get away I just said “well..if you see me again next time maybe you’ll remember and then you can tell me then?” and I started walking away. Then he asked for my name. After we Saif bye. He follows me again with a water bottle and asked if it was mine, which it wasnt. Anyway. That was not what I had expected at all. Have other girls had this experience before with Ammo Summer as well?
