im my first order i got is/a and is /b becuase i wanted to try each one for itself. i realised that i fell more confident with is a than with is b . i fell strong qith is a. i dint get any hits with people but i can feel the difernce in myself. now i ordered mx 135 and instant shine. do u have any advice to mix is a or is b qith mx135 and instant shine? thanks guys ---

Have you done any reading on the forum about TAH and TAL? If you haven’t I’d recommend you do that, start with Tisha’s sticky on womens phero’s… the summary on phero’s is another sticky that’s very good… The reason I’m saying that is that if you do a bit of reading and try get your head around what the main phero’s tend to do, you’ll feel a lot less overwhelmed, and alot of the reports you’ll read by more experienced users will make more sense 🙂 Anywho… IS/a is TAL heavy whereas IS/b is TAH heavy… The Mx135 that you ordered is a forum favourite and is also quite TAH heavy, but it’s a massive mix of lots of phero’s… In terms of mixing different phero Mx’s or combo’s… there are different opinions here on the forum. Some users recommend NOT mixing TAH heavy phero’s with TAL heavy ones (e.g. like using Mx135 with IS/a) as it can send out confusing phero messages or end up with effects of TAH and TAL cancelling each other out… Others like using IS/a for the self effects and apply it to areas where they mainly get self effects and then also add Mx135 for the social butterfly & centre of attention vibe… I don’t think there is a right or wrong way of doing it, everyone has different preferences to mixing and different combo’s work slightly different with some compared to others… The only way to find out is to try… I do think you should definitively try Mx135 on it own first though… find your sweet spot there first before jumping to combo’s 🙂 [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) on the other hand is a fabulous all rounder… I don’t think there are many situations where it’s not appropriate, or any combo’s where it should be avoided 🙂 ---
