Hello My name is Pat. I Just wanted to drop in and say hello. I am currently doing some research on Pheromone’s but soon plan to place an order. My goal is to do as much in depth experiments as i possibly could and post everything on these blogs. A little about my Self. I am 5 foot 9 inch tall. About 185 pounds a little chubby but it’s shedding as i am in P90X and seeing some great results. I workout frequently. I am not looking for relationships but just to pick up chicks. I am 25 turning 26 in march and one of my goal this year is to pick up girls. I have had hard time doing that lately. I recently got out of a relationship. What are the [best pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/)’s recommended for me. My ethnicity is i am 100% Indian as in from India. I also want to find out what combinations work best for a guy my age trying to pick up girls. I am open to everything and i have noticed this is a very helpful forum community. Hey Pat, welcome. It’s cool of you to want to research [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) to this extent. Pheromones can be pretty unpredictable at times, and it’s hard to say what will work on someone when chances are something that works well for somebody else won’t always be the best option for some other person. The best way to research pheromones is to get your hands down on something as simple and awesome like AMMO, start with that product first, spray by spray until you find your sweet spot, and then move on to something else once you figure out how many sprays you need in order to notice IOI with something like AMMO. Getting your hands right in the action and figuring what works best for you, is (and should be) the most important thing at first. Makes no sense to see what works on other people when you don’t even know what will work for you, so take care of you first. 🙂 Oh, and yeah go with AMMO for your first product! Hello Pat, Welcome to the forum, Personally if you’re looking to get something to attract women; AMMO would be the best option. It’s a great all-around mixture, which women sense as attractive and has that nice sexual vibe, definitely the first choice. The next best thing to try would be something else with -none in it such as TUTH; it gives off gives a sexual vibe but is more for in the bedroom. In either case you don’t need much -none at your age since your body is still producing a lot of it. . You could try buffering TUTH by using some IO, and IG with it to tone it down. As we both already know, there’s isn’t a product that will make women to jump into bed with you, but there are a various types of pheromones that be can utilize to achieve special effects. So far I’ve been happy with the results of my first purchase but this stuff is not a cure all and I applaud the owners and operators for being up front and honest about that. From what you describe it sounds like A314 would be good, and maybe some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). I have to admit when I use the A314 I put a little on my chin and the self effect is like I feel the women should prove themselves to me, and not vice versa. Haven’t used Instant Shine but all the feedback I’ve read makes it seem promising as a mood and confidence booster.
