I might as well post a few of my less than stellar phero adventures. I wouldn’t have listened to me but there may be some smarter noobs out there who will heed these remarks. First order was A314, Instant Openness, Instant Honesty, Instant Shine, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/), Turn Up The Heat, CTTM. 😃 I think the most phero-wasteful thing I did was changing signal too often. My first week I used A314 in the morning and then put on something else in the evening. That wasn’t too bad. I got lots of compliments and questioning looks (What’s different?) and attention from the A314, and the evening that I wore CTTM I started something of a party in a slow checkout grocery line. After that though I was so anxious to get a feel for how the others worked that I would wear something different everyday. I tried wearing just Instant Shine and didn’t see anything obvious right away like I did with the A314 and started the old spray on a little of everything routine. I ended up just creating a muddy confusing signal that then took a while to overcome. Lesson, everybody reads it; it’s hard to do. The best thing is to try one thing for a week, then try something else for a week. It takes your body time to adjust. It takes people around you time to adjust. Your mental focus needs time to adjust. This reads like a lecture.
