I guess I’ve been a little lazy lately barely writing any reports about my phero usage. So it’s time to tell a little about the combo I’ve been using lately. It gives me happiness throughout the day combined with a nice boost in confidence. I’m relaxed all the time and see the world much more positive. Now in terms of effects on other people: - all people around me are really friendly towards me - on my way to work in the morning I had several women sitting next to me in the subway behave very interested - you know, all the things women do to catch a men’s attention (hair twirling, glancing at me etc). One of them even could not stop moving around - don’t know if I made her a little nervous or if she just tried really hard to catch my interest. - my boss at work - a cutie almost 40 years old, but looking a lot younger - takes every opportunity to come near me and smiles big at me all the time. Actually I fear that she’s got some thoughts in mind that exceed the normal boss-employee relation 😉 - I’ve seen a girl that I’m interested in twice while wearing this mix. I didn’t notice a big change in her behaviour when seeing her (we like each other a lot, but are only friends), but we had some very… errmm… suggestive email talks over the last days which might show a change in the way she thinks about me (this suggests quite good after-effects of the mix). Friday was a little strange - normally it took no more than 5 to 10 minutes until I got an answer from her. But on friday I wrote one invitation suggesting watching a movie in the cinema next week and the only answer this day took 4 hours to come in and only consisted of ‘sounds good…’. hmm, maybe she’s just checking my reaction - you know, the well-known ‘testing’ thing - and I have to admit that it would have pissed me off a little before, but wearing that mix I somehow found it funny. She’s made sure to contact me every single day last week (except friday) and invited me twice to come over and have lunch together - a biig change since it’s been very quiet around us over the last months. Unfortunately she’s got a boyfriend. Well, we’ll see how that ends… I’m sure it’s not only the effects this mix has on the people around me, but to a certain (maybe even higher) degree the change in me and my behaviour that it somehow implies. Oh yeah, one more thing: I’m currently trying to shed off a pound or two. Unfortunately I’m something like a comfort eater (?) - I’m tending to stuff myself with ice cream and other not too healthy foods to feel good, especially if I’m feeling down and depressed. Well, since I wear this combo my hunger for sweets is completely gone and my appetite has decreased substantially. I guess it’s because I’m feeling great all the time and simply don’t have the need for comfort-food… I’m going to wear this combo a lot more often in the future - so if I happen to find some more benefits I’ll update this post… ---

reps to you 😉 I get this vibe from instant Gentleman.. its probably the -Androsterone that give you this. I dont get any self effect from [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) but it sure makes you look like a cool guy in the eyes of others ---

[P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) on itself doesn’t have a big affect on me, too - but combined with -nols it’s great! Maybe it could be called a social intensifier?! ---

I know that “comfort food” need. I find [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), cttm and Instant Shine work pretty well as a comforter. I’m really interested in trying the putatives but I need more expirince cuz hits and reactions are very low for me.
