3 Sprays [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) (1 between wrists, 1 behind neck, 1 on chest) 4 Sprays IShine (2 hair, 1 neck, 1 jaw) best thing I’ve gotten to work for me. A314 doesnt really work unless I use a lot of drops, and seems to kill the effects of the others. Suggestions? ---

Upbeat and talkative? - sounds like the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) at work. Ammo? - I wonder if the -none in it is not keeping the girls of your age away from you. From what I understand, they’re very sensitive to -none, and not in a good way. Also, 3 sprays… have you not been getting some weird self-effects (strong buzz, aggression), akin to an OD? - I put 3 sprays on, and I can be one cranky m/f - and I’m twice your age. At 3 sprays, _I_ OD. ---

At 3 sprays, _I_ OD. nope, i’ll try 2 though. I get IOIs from girls, but I dont think its the ammo.
