I’ve decided to apply the pheros only once per day. This will help me better gauge their effectiveness, as I can evaluate reactions with and without pheros on the same day and under relatively similar conditions. Day 1 – Thursday 2 sprays Instant Shine(one to neck, one rubbed between wrists) 1 spray of [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) to neck Didn’t notice anything at first, but about 10 minutes later as I was driving to work I was feeling good and couldn’t keep a slight smile off my face. I ended up working mainly on my own and didn’t have much close contact with co-workers, but I found myself feeling mellower when encountering problems and on-the-job irritants. Was chattier than usual with a regular customer, but I was making an effort to be. She was quite chatty and in a good mood, but I don’t know if this was due to the Instant Shine or not as I’ve seen her be that way with other people at times. Day 2 – Friday 2 sprays IS on either side of the neck, 1 spray of IG to front of neck. Afterwards, felt good again. Mood a little more upbeat than usual. Slow day at work so I wasn’t in close proximity to my co-workers most of the time. However, a co-worker who had blown up at me for no good reason about two to two-and a half weeks ago, and who hadn’t really talked to me since, started talking to me again. Big shift in her attitude. It could be coincidence…but maybe not. Day 3 – Saturday As per Day 2. Mood is almost immediately lifted. Went to the mall. Didn’t notice any effect on other people except for one cashier who was unusually upbeat and friendly. Day 4 – Sunday As per Day 2. Felt good, confident and relaxed. Went to a bookstore. An attractive staff member was walking through the area I was in. I looked at her. She was looking at me. I said “Hi.” She said “Hi” and smiled (a genuine smile, not a salesperson smile) and kept walking by. She couldn’t have picked up the pheros as she was too far away. I think it was my relaxed, confident attitude that made here notice me. So why didn’t she stop or pause then? Could be she has a boyfriend – or some other reason. Definitely got the vibe that she found me attractive, though. Later, as I went by I inadvertently brushed the elbow of a girl perusing books in an aisle. Stopped in the next aisle over. A moment later she appeared beside me. After a bit she walked around to my other side. She appeared to be hovering. I didn’t speak to her as I didn’t find her attractive. I could have done just to confirm there was interest, but I don’t want to lead anyone on just because I’m testing. Summary: IS with IG definitely makes me feel happier, more relaxed and more confident (cool), which shows in my body language. I’m going to continue with this combination during the week. ---

Continuing with my testing/reporting: Day 5 – Monday As per Day 2. Woke up in a poor mood. Really didn’t feel like going to work. Didn’t feel much different after applying the pheros, but an hour into the day a co-worker said to me, “For someone who doesn’t like mornings you have a lot of energy.” So I guess it was having an effect even though I wasn’t conscious of it. Day 6 – Tuesday As per Day 2. I didn’t notice anything too specific today. Didn’t get a lift in my mood, but I also really didn’t feel like going to work – and was also unhappy with news that the weather is changing from sunny and warm to cloudy with some light showers and cooler temps. A lot of problems at work today – people screwing up or not doing their job. It didn’t seem to bother me as much as it usually would. Day 7 – Wednesday As per Day 2. Other than a morning mood lift I didn’t notice much effect today. The pheros did not work at all on one female co-worker, upon which I had no expectation they would work. She’s too much of a hard-ass, with a huge ego and no respect for anyone. Day 8 – Thursday There was an all-staff company meeting today so I opted for 2 sprays of IS to either side of my neck 1 spray of IG to front of neck 2 sprays of [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to my wrists Got the usual instant mood boost. And despite the fact that I’d woken from a bad dream at 4 am and couldn’t get back to sleep I wasn’t the least bit tired. Before the meeting a male co-worker couldn’t seem to shut-up. And after the meeting another male co-worker was especially chatty, too. IO is a bit of a double-edged sword – sometimes people keep talking after you want them to stop. LOL General notes: I’ve been using the To Go vials. Temps have been high sixties Fahrenheit to low seventies. Humidity has been typical of Vancouver…by which I mean it is nothing like Toronto or New York. The effect of the pheros seems to last between 3 and 4 hours. Overall, I have noticed that women make more eye contact with me and smile more. They seem more comfortable, at ease. ---

Nice reports Good observations. Stay with it. Sometime soon you might want to consider using just one product at a time and vary the dosage to find your sweet spot. The once a day application is a good idea. \_oohYahhh (the O is on loan to SteveO) ---

Don’t be afraid to participate in the great cosmic fair of human life. You don’t have to have sex with everyone you interact with. The pheromones can add an interesting dimension to all your human interactions, if you let them. ---

[OoohYahhh](https://pheromonetalk.com/u/OoohYahhh) Thanks. I’ve combined IS with IG because I’m looking to achieve a particular effect. If I find my sweet spot with IS alone and then with IG alone it might not be the same if they’re combined. For instance, if - my IS sweet spot = 3 sprays my IG sweet spot = 2 sprays my combination sweet spot _might_ not be ISx3 +IGx2. It might be 3 and 1 or 2 and 2 or 4 and 2…or whatever. What I have done is evaluated the pheromone effect on myself by altering the order in which I apply them. For instance, to determine if the mood lift was brought on by Instant Shine alone or by a combination of IS with [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), I applied the IG first today. No mood lift until I applied the IS. The results of my experimenting reveal - IS = mood lift IG = cool and confident I’m playing with the levels to find the “combination sweetspot.” ---

Day 9 - Friday 2 sprays IS on either side of the neck, 1 spray of IG to front of neck. Another slow day at work, mostly working alone. Didn’t really notice much effect. Day 10 - Saturday As per day 9. In some respects this was a frustrating day. I was out and about, on the SkyTrain, walking along the Granville Street mall, but 3 of the 4 SkyTrain cars I rode in were mostly empty, and people everywhere seemed to be in their own worlds…intently chatting with friends or on their cell phones (cell phone do more to prevent _new_ social interactions than any other device invented in the history of humankind). For pheromones to be effective people have to be receptive to social encounters…or at least not tuning out everyone around them (except for their immediate social circle). That said, I did have a good personal experience inside a store. I asked how much a particular item was and was told it was $89. When I said I was looking for something cheaper the price was dropped to $59. Now, to put this in context, the street was being repaved and the sidewalk had been torn up, and many stores along this strip were running sales. Still, that was a big price drop. And out of the blue I was offered their catalogue…the one they had on the counter for customers to browse. (The only one so far as I could see.) This really surprised me as there was no reason for them to suddenly say, “Here, have this.” Day 11 - Sunday Decided to take a one day break from the pheros. Day 12 - Monday thru Day 14 - Wednesday As per day 9. Didn’t jot down any notes. Trusted everything to my memory. Big mistake. LOL Day 15 - Thursday Decided to change up the formula a bit. Instant Shine, two sprays to either side of neck. [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), one spray to right front of neck. Ammunition, one spray to left front of neck. Entered work through the front doors. Saw a girl who works upstairs browsing through something next to the a door I needed to pass through. I paused slightly when I was beside her and took my time going through the door. Later, I saw her in my work area. She was looking for a box. Not unusual. I’ve seen her do that the odd time. What was unsual was that this time she talked to me, from about 10 metres (30 feet) away. I teased her a bit about taking the box. She faked a pout and came back with an excuse. Short conversation as I didn’t know where to go with it. But it was playful. Day 16 - Friday Decided to go with the Day 15 combination again. I feel this works better for me than IS + IG only. Found myself much more talkative/outgoing with co-workers. And they were in turn with me. Everyone seemed relaxed and in a good mood despite having to deal with a nightmare order delivery where none of the numbers matched up. My co-workers were like, “Oh, let’s just do it.” None of the usual grumbling. Day 17 - Saturday One spray of IS, one spray of IG, one spray of Ammo. Applied this before going to the garden shop with a sample of a pest infested plant in a plastic bag. Walked in and saw a girl there who was sweeping the floor, age about 20 (give or take), who had previously sent out “don’t approach” signals. Immediately noticed a much more open attitude. Was directed to the garden shop manager. Came back with him to the counter. Girl was still sweeping. Caught her sneaking a glance at me as the manager and I were talking. Since the other female employee was no longer at the counter the manager called out for someone to help. This girl rushed over. She didn’t stroll over as you normally see them do in this garden center…she rushed. She was talkative, interested in my problem, and made a lot of eye contact. General conclusions: For me, adding Ammo to IS and IG seems to elevate the responses. In terms of the combination I don’t yet know what the sweet spot is. I’ve been using very low doses so I’m confident I can get even better results by increasing the doses and I’m still well below the OD level. With the pheros I’m really noticing a lot more eye contact. Especially with sales people who would normally look away after completing a transaction (I’m done with you, you’re forgotten) or turn to the next customer. Their eyes tend to linger on me…sometimes they even look mildly confused, like they’re a little…overwhelmed might be too strong a word, but like they’re dealing with unexpected emotions and they don’t quite understand what’s going on. I haven’t tried picking anyone up yet, but I will once I find the right degree and combination of IS, IG and Ammo. ---

A note on scent - I really don’t like most fragrances for men. Not even the popular ones. However, I like the smell of Instant Shine and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). I’m not so enamoured of the scent of Ammunition (it’s too fruity for me), but I have a feeling it’s one that appeals to the ladies. Could some of the women on this forum comment on the scent of Ammunition? ---

Okay, since Sunday June 28 and today (Sunday July 5) I’ve been testing a combination of Instant Honesty and Instant Openness, both at work and off work. I’ve used between two and three sprays of each, mainly on the forearms. The reason I haven’t provided daily reports is because there really is nothing to report. Other than the one occasion a co-worker (an already talkative co-worker) seemed more talkative than usual, I haven’t noticed any effect with these pheros, no matter what situation I’m in. Now, I know other users have had great success with these. I have no doubt they work, just not for me. They just don’t seem to mix/react effectively with my body chemistry. I thought I had a hit today when a clerk became very friendly and talkative…but it dawned on me that she was reacting to a different scent. Prior to using the pheros I had washed with a scented soap and applied sunblock. There was a man in front of me at the till. The clerk said, “Someone smells like coconut.” The other guy didn’t say anything so I said, “That must be me.” Clerk: “I know that scent because I have the same sunscreen.” (rubs her arm) The problem with that is they haven’t put cocamide in that sunscreen for a few years. It doesn’t smell the same as it used to. Clerk: “Now I’m going to be thinking of Pina Coladas all day long. I’m thinking of that song now.” And there was some more conversation. On my way out of the store I figured it out. The scent of the soap I’d used have combined with the sunscreen to create a coconut-like scent. And scent being strongly tied to memory it brought back positive memories (I expect of time spent at the beach or wherever) making her feel good and happy. Anyway, my testing will consist of combinations of Instant Shine, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and Ammunition for the next while, as these are the pheros that provide results for me.
