Hey guys. It’s not a freaky journal I’ll update 2 times per day, but if I try something odd or come to a conclusion, I’ll post it here. Nice, keep logging your notes here man. Now that you’ve gone through your phero baptism you really should run solo testing to find sweet spots. Other than that keep your journal going! ---

**2012, September 20th** used 3 full sprays of my IShine (was planning on going with IO but I was tired today and thought IShine may help). Wrist/Wrist/Adam’s Apple. No noticeable self-effects, absolutely no effects on others. Should I go with 4 sprays, maybe? It’s already beginning to get expensive. Since I’ve not single-tested 2 sprays IShine I will do that tomorrow. Back reporting then. ---

Weird… Have you put the mones in a hot place for a long time at all? No hits is one thing, but no self effects… that’s just messed up for IS. ---

Some will not have self effects with IShine. However, the effects on others should be noticeable. This will now depend on WHERE he is using IShine and around the Personalities in the IShine mone cloud. IShine will work, not as a STANDALONE happy cloud, but in conjunction with a smile and open body language toward others. Oh well thanks. Maybe I was too tired to be more open and friendly. I normally am a too-serious-guy who hardly smiles, I’m working on that and since I started changing that to occasionally confident smiling, I am sometimes getting IOI immediately. However today was a total flop, I will try with 2 IShine and then with 3 IShine again, if 2 has no effect. I’m always using them on wrist for instance so they can spread well. And like I said, neck had one too. Do you recommend a specific spot? Thanks for the help and cya around. Reporting tomorrow. ---

**2012, September 21st** 2 x IShine, one on each wrist. I was not smart enough in the morning to realize that 1 of them should’ve been in the neck area 😃 Self-effects subtle. Was tired again today before applying, but was quite lively after. I met no one with a bad mood and people weren’t unfriendly to me. Might be coincidence, might not. I doubt everything until proven, but I am not as sceptical as not to see what’s happening. I’m an analyst, one could say. So long story short, there’s fair chance that the mones did their job. I’ll remember IShine 2xSpray and continue testing the next mone. Starting with IO on Monday! =) ---

September 24th, 2012. Used **2 x [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)** today, just as a starter to see if 2x is any good. I felt there was a different vibe. I had a confidence boost for approx. 4 hours after applying. Some girls were interested and attracted with ease. But that was just some flirting for fun. Wasn’t seriously interested in them. Didn’t get many IOI without investing, except some looks from time to time 🙂 I know I am testing the mones quite chaotically but in the end I will have a system and my sweet spot for each will be found within the same period of time. Have a nice time! Tomorrow probably 3x IO . 😃 ---

I think I’m immune to the over self effects of ammo /a314 now. I remember the days when ammo would put that sly smirk on my face and give me that boost. But that was also w/o my current level of self development. And 3x IO…lol. Get ready for verbal ear rape. You won’t have a chance to get a word in…haha ---

Heya, **September 25th, 2012** I only had 3 1/2 hours of sleep so today I didn’t feel very approachable, I don’t think having used IO would’ve been a good idea and I doubt it would have had an effect. Instead, I used 2 x IShine. As always it woke me up slightly. That’s the only self-effect I recognized, no great happiness. But we were having a good time at work/school and the vibe around me was great. People smiling all over the place. That’s happening sometimes without the mones too though. After roughly 5 hours the effect faded and I felt terribly tired again. I wasn’t paying attention to the environment so I am not sure if the others’ behavior changed. ---

**Friday, September 28th** As promised, I used IShine x3sprays. All 3 on my neck. Same self-effect as 2 sprays have on me. I noticed a lot of friendliness around me and people were shining, basically also the same effect of 2 sprays. I will try my future mix with different IShine dosages later on. _For now I say, 2 sprays of IShine is best for me as standalone._ ---

Wow 🙂 The self effect roughly a minute after application was a strong desire to talk to people thus I lost all inhibitions and it felt great. Furthermore, **if I did not talk to people I did imagine doing it.** \*\* Potential hits:\*\* It soon infected my classmates, and all the people within ~4-5 foot were talking way too much so the lecturer had to interfere. That included my table as well. I was feeling a bit high and happy and had a lack of concentration (kept imagining approaching people and starting a talk).\*\* Highlight:\*\* The self-effect was a very interesting experience. \*\* Conclusion:\*\* 3 Sprays IO comes much closer to the sweet spot. I will keep trying occasionally. It is certain that placebo did not do any work here as I already was sceptical about the mone’s effects. Also the primary effect of IO fade after 4 hours today (since the first application), but that may have been due to other reasons such as drop of mood because of certain things that happened neglecting the effect. Then I’ll start combining 2 mones, then 3, then 4 🙂 _sigh_ Patience is a virtue. I bet you know how much I’d just like to spray myself and get some epic hits. But it’s not that easy D; See you! ---
