O.K. everyone, Thought I’d let everyone know how its going so far. Purchased [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) as my first Pheromone. After reading the forums and other posts it seemed apparent to me that I may be an alpha and a bit intimidating to most women and even a few men. I felt I needed a little something to lighten my aura and chose this one first. First day Instant Shine (double strength) read the forums about socials not being mones that cause the OD effect but also read more is not better… WELL I went for the gusto and did 5 sprays to the chest. BOOM!! 😃 The immediate sensation was a rush of energy and my heart beat a little fast for about an hour. No joyful mood sensations though. In-between time maybe 30 minutes later… I attended a gathering of about 140 people. There was no boost in my confidence level I must note- as I felt completely nervous and jittery. However I did notice that I was a lot more talkative. That is big for me because although I conform and try to practice social rituals, this night was a bit different. I was moving a mile a minute, speaking to everyone and all smiles. I would describe my actions as those of a hyperactive child but at the same time, I felt really focused and my thoughts seemed to be very clear. (hope its not delusion) Didn’t notice any major differences with people around me…but one man who is usually stoic (stern serious-never smiles..ever!!!) seemed to be out of character. Can’t say it was the shine though. I passed by him upon entering and noted that he stayed a close distance from me maybe 10ft away at the most for about an hour’s time. He didn’t interact with me but I noticed he was laughing and smiling and seemed to be really energetic! hmmm?? My female friend was all giggles though. Stood really close to her and she talked my ear off. She is however a really nice girl and usually talks but is not a smiley poo. But she was this night. Saying some pretty random stuff too. It was quite interesting. Next went to pick up the kids from my moms. The ex was there. Gave him a hug after walking in and it was almost like I lit the fuse for dynamite. Well.., he was all smiles and talkative which the talking part is nothing different, but he was talking to me like we were the best of friends and we don’t usually have anything to say to one another. But I felt really comfortable and maybe as a result he did too. Here is where it gets even more interesting my brothers were lovey dovey hugging me for no reason. The girls became the ditsy bop giggling circus twins. Everything became so funny to them they were all jokes and smiles and quite chatty. Now if this is just coincidence I am not sure. I will need a few more tries to see. I am definitely going to reduce the amount of instant shine though. 2-3 sprays may get me the exact results I want. Next on the agenda is some primal instinct coupled with instant shine and instant honesty which I will receive tomorrow. If I receive the order of EOW tomorrow (sorry for mentioning) I may apply a bit of that and just have fun ya heard!! Any suggestions will be gladly appreciated! ---

Welcome you dear. good that you have started your journal here. keep sharing your results with us. we all here are more then happy to see you learn n progress , not only with pheros but the way you move in your life with them…🙂🙂
