My friend suffers from falling alseep at unexpected times, I’m worried she’ll asleep driving back and forth to work,(she commutes 25 miles of country highway miles each way) She won’t see a doctor about it. Doany of you think TAF or something else would help? ---

I wouldn’t like to be under the influence of TAF in large doses when driving - and that’s without unpredictable interactions between a neurological condition and the [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/). You might want to google modrafinil. ---

Doesn’t Narcolepsy mean having sex with dead people?? Unfortunately, I don’t think pheromones can help you in that situation. For staying awake, I highly recommend [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). That thing wakes you up like no other pheromone. Either that or drink some zero-carb rockstars or monster energy drinks. And if all else fails, try cocaine. I hear it wakes you up. Jk, don’t do drugs, they’re not good for you. Seriously, don’t touch them. ---

If she has true Narcolepsy she shouldnt be driving at all and I think SmoothPlayer is right and [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) wont help. Are you sure its narcolepsy? Has she ever fallen asleep standing or right in the middle of talking? If not it could be her blood sugar spiking which can suddenly make you very drowsy. Tisha ---

haha smooth, she’s very much alive. She just had a small wreck Saturday. Thanks Tisha, I’ll see if can check her sugar, she’s a light eater and has sleeping attacks when sitting for awhile or after a big meal. ---
