Hello Phissith.

Since you already did your intro the best place to post this question is either in the lounge or the perfume section.

Ambergris is a fixative not a pheromone. Its used in perfumes to create a musky scent. Some claim it to be an aphrodisiac because when rubbed against the skin it helps you release natural [pheromones](https://a314.com/) but studies only indicate this with the solid form.

My opinion is its attraction comes from the musky scent which triggers a memory response to musky areas of the human anatomy. It doesnt work like a pheromone.
