this is complete scam, self hypnonism does not work, I have tried just about every single company that sells them. The only thing that works so far is iMusic series. which are essentially white noise that help your concentration. But subliminal hypnotism that affect bodily functions are just retarded. ---

I would say that under hypnosis it is possible to influence physical processes, metabolic processes, thermal regulation, etc. etc. I would also say that self-hypnosis can certainly work for many things, but I agree it is, for most people, a very, very, very unlikely route to control over [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) production. Listening to pre-recorded tapes may or may not lead to self-hypnosis; I would guess that for many, it does not help much, if at all. If you want to be effective in self-hypnosis, you should consider visiting a hypnotist and telling him/her exactly that: you want to become adept at leading yourself into hypnosis. THEN, you may develop a set of skills that makes certain kinds of meditations (tapes, CDs, books, DVDs, etc.) effective. Not necessary, of course, if you happen to be a natural at self-trance. ---

Dang, with these products you don’t even need Androtics!! They do everything ON COMMAND! I’ll save hundreds of dolars by switching to GEICO, I mean the wonderful, mystical, magical pheromone CD. To harsh? Ok Ok, from a scientific standpoint, subliminal messages are very powerful, however they do not seem to affect everybody to a full extent. Second, Once you have sucome to hypnosis and the lasting messages are in place, how is one supposed to bring out the propper pheromone? If it’s based off instinct this could be very bad. Have you ever been at work and seen that one girl that makes you want to take a quick break to the storage closet with her? Well, if that happens I could see large quantities of [sexual pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/sensual-pheromones/) being produced in a non sexualy acceptable environment. Well, lets assume it works perfectly. How can you shut it off. I mean, subliminal messages and hypnosis can stay planted for long periods of time 1/2, 1 day,2 days, who realy knows. Perhaps these sounds will help your body’s emotions become balanced and make you secret like 0.5% more pheromones because of emotions. Hardly worth 15$. Why not take a product like testojack that actually has tongkat ali that boosts hormonal production by 70-160% at 200mg per day. BTW, testojack is like 13-15$. IT REALLY KICKS ASS TOO. DON’T BUY THE CD MAN. Just eat a nice meal at the restaurant, that will make you feel good and you will secret more pheromone because of pleasure and nutrients. Just save your 15$, go running, sports massivaly increase pheromone production. ---

I don’t know about self-hypnosis, but what I do know -from own experience- is that ‘some’ meditation cd’s, the one’s that use binaural beats, actually DO work! Now some of the products that Show links to, also claim to use these binaural techniques, so maybe they really do something. Anyway, I’m not gonna order any, because though they are not that expensive, shipping to Europe unfortunally is… 😠 ---

Binaural beats are really really awesome. Perfect for anyone who hasn’t had success through other means. There’s always [BrainWave Generator](http://www.bwgen.com/index.htm) or [Gnaural: A Binaural-Beat Audio Generator](http://gnaural.sourceforge.net/) (which isn’t as userfriendly as bwgen but it is free as in beer/speech) Output the self made binaural beat to a wave file, record your self hypnosis stuff with a microphone, use a sound editing program (audacity is a nice option) to combine your suggestions with the binaural beat and bam, free effective self hypnosis (assuming you know the basics of self hypnosis like never using negative statements.) As for the pheromone boost, screams scam. Gotta go with thomaslavoie, there are so many better things you could spend the money on. ---

I have a mind machine Bi-neural beat machine and I love it. I can produce complete relaxation and deep meditation within a much shorter period than if I was to go ay it without my machine. I also have a hypnosis CD I bought off eBay and coupled with my mind machine I swear by it. All it is, is 4 tracks, Waves by the seashore, with subliminal messages to control food intake. When I started listening to it I was somewhat hesitant that it would work. I was even more disbelieving that my diet (the 100th time) would work. Within a week of listening I was absolutely without question committed to loose weight and 115 lbs later I say it did work. Could it have been something else? Sure it could have, but I give the credit to what I believe worked, the subliminal CD. Do I think a CD is able to create body chemistry changes? NO I doubt something of this magnitude can be altered by listening to a CD, but I would be open to anyone’s personal tests. If it did work how would you be able to test the results? ---

About 10 years ago I’ve been using Nova Pro mind machine for couple of months, and I liked it very much ([http://www.iproducts.ws/nova\_pro\_100.htm](http://www.iproducts.ws/nova_pro_100.htm) ([http://www.iproducts.ws/nova\_pro\_100.htm](http://www.iproducts.ws/nova_pro_100.htm))). The device wasn’t mine, so I had to return it to my friend and he sold it ☹ I liked the most relaxation and sleep induction programs, as they worked for me very well. Today there are many new products on the market, some of them have cool features (like biofeedback) but I didn’t try any, so I cant’ tell you how they work. As steveO said, just google for mind machine or brain machine, you’ll find many of them. There is one thing that I use almost every day. It is computer program called Brainwave Generator ([BrainWave Generator](http://www.bwgen.com/)), which works like mind machine (producing binaural sounds and white/pink/brown noise), but there are no googles. Good side of Brainwave Generator is that it is very programable, and you can create your own profiles. For me it works almost as good as real device. If you are interesed, it is really worth to try. You can download and try it for free, you only need headphones. Profiles that I like are: Learning aid 2, Sleep Induction 2 and The awakened mind. If you gonna use it, read FAQ, it contains lots of important information. This one have nothing to do with pheromones, but it is interesting. –nicos ---
