I have researched the net on the subject of [Pheromones](https://a314.com/) and how the body naturally creates its own pheromones but because of showering, the use of deodorants and/or colognes/purfumes the natural pheromones get washed away or covered up with other fragences.

My question is…has anyone successfully tried using their own natural pheromones vs aesthetic pheromones? Can other herbal products like Maya or other minerals kick start the body pheromone production.

However i imagine it must be hard to keep the bodys own natural pheromones because of things like taking showers/baths for hygiene reasens. Ive found out that natural pheromones come from the sweat that we produce and the “bad smell” such as famously known as BO only arises when sweat comes into contact with bacteria on our skin.

So trying to keep bacteria down through getting the toxins out of your skin like, working out (as toxins get seat out of the skin), using sea salt as it acts like a detoxin for your skin and the use of things like sandalwood oils to kill the bacteria on your skin then you can keep your natural bodys pheromones for longer?

I wonder if its worth trying?
I know it’ll be hard for myself because i live and work on a ship and being a engineer i do get covered in oils and greese daily and taking showers will wash of any natural pheromones my body creates? Will the body produce its own pheromones quickly enough in like a day for noticeable effects?

OoOOoOoOOOooo its so confusing. lol. I just digging deeper into the realms of pheromones and want to see what the natural way will give (in terms of results) to the aesthetic way.

Any thoughts???
Anthony 🙂

The trouble with your own pheromones is you cant control what is released and when, but with [synthetic pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) you can choose what you want, how much of it you want and when you want it. Theres no real easy way of telling how much of one compound you naturally product i dont think?

Good Goddess no your body is a wonderland LOL It can produce many different mones at different times. As UK said its almost impossible to control it. Good health fitness and nutrition help. There is also age and race to factor in.

Just some of the mones a body makes that are popular in synthetic mixes

Anone
Arone
A1
EST
Anol
Bnol
Copulins (exclusive to women)

Those are the mainstream ones, this dosnt include the many putatives that are being tested and used.

Does any1 know if there has been tests on how much the average man/woman would produce. For example say i would put on 5mcg of none would be interesting to know how much a normal person would produce in mcg anyway

As far as I know no they dont, They can test how much testosterone and other hormones you make and estimate but I think it would have alot to do with how much you sweat and your fluid intake.

Remember that mones are hormones inside the body, when outside the body they are Pheromones. Pheromones come from bodily fluids so fluid intake would be a consideration in sweating and other funky fluids

You need to do a little more research. The full range of mones are not produced solely from sweat. Mone production involves a symbiotic relationship between bacteria and humans. In other words, Sailor, much of your natural skin mones are created by bacterial action on sweat. If you eliminate the bacteria you eliminate most of the mones. For example, the most common naturally occurring mone on make skin is A1. Bacteria works on it and breaks it down to androstenol. In turn the androstenol is broken down to androstenone. See the trend here? Furthermore this process isn’t readily controlled, so some guys have some magical combination of bacteria and sweat content resulting in them being a babe magnet after 4 hours at 72 degrees F. Other guys sweat too much, have too much bacterial action and OD on natural funk 'n androstenone.

This is true, I always forget about the coryneform Bacteria, Its the bath diva in me. I rebel the thought of coryneform. LOL

“Bacteria works on it and breaks it down to androstenol. In turn the androstenol is broken down to androstenone. See the trend here?”

Right so basically you cannot physically control what pheromones you want to give off @ any given time and in what quanity as what UKClubber earlier said. So your body is basically giving off pheromines when it wants, what it wants to give off and how much?

Thanks for your answer by the way…Very Good answer if i say so myself!
(Saved me hours of googling!!) 🙂

Yes, your body produces pheromones on its own and no, you have no real control over what pheromones are produced or how much. And the amount of any given pheromone produced changes with age.

It sounds like you’ve been visiting some quack snake-oil internet sites. Pretty much anytime anyone want to sell you herbs, supplements, gadgents, or anything else to cleanse “toxins” out of the body, its quackery.

Seasalt can be used as a deodorant for your armpits and works reasonably well for some people. Not because its pulling toxins out of your skin, but simply because increasing the salt concentration of your pits reduces bacterial growth.

And for that reason it’s great for preserving fish and other meats. Personally I’d wanna keep seasalt outta mah pits. Kinda tender area…
