Hi There ! Oh well, am male early big 4’s, just recovered from a monster divorce that just trashed all in me ( spirit & cash 😉)) , but am fighting back !!!). I need a jump start, a kick in the butt to get me back to the road, get a good girl and all. I hope the mones can help me on this journey? All of you out there any tips advice absolutely welcome. ---

Hi Gpheroms - Welcome to Pherotalk! 🙂 I know where you are coming from here - My own break-up lead to a long, long dry spell whilst I got my head back together, struggled to keep the roof over my head and got the rest of my life back in order. Not a good time. ☹ However, once I did start taking more care of myself, my health and fittness, appearance and working on all those negative behaviour patterns, things started to improve no-end. Then I came to pheros and it was like the last bit of the jigsaw falling into place. There is indeed a lot they can do to help. Can you tell us a bit more about yourself, your personality/demeanour, style and wht you are looking for in a woman etc? That will help us advise. In the meantime, you would not go wrong by considering [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and the Instant-line socials - IO, IS, IH & IG for starters. Hi GPHEROMS, I agree with Mobo on every point except the a314. Work out, dress nice and get your self esteem back. A314 is a very complex mix when using it for seduction. Stick with the basics, Ammo, IO, IS and you should be ok. This article Steve wrote is a good place to learn some of the basics. wow youre 4 and already went through a divorce? that was quick man! lol im just kidding, im guessing you meant 40’s what are your goals? im guessing you wanna go have some fun for right now, nothing too serious yet? at your age i recommend heavy ammo, its more economical to get than the regular ammo (2x strength, not 2x the price) tuth is also good, its a very sexual pheremone that gets a lot of attention when used appropriately. ive heard a lot of people get great results with women in their 30’s and 40’s since they are more comfortable with their sexuality a314 is great for raising your social value, mixed with some tuth you help conjure this vibe of the MAN who knows what he wants indtant shine also works great on your mood, its impossible not to smile with it on i also recommend a social pheremone like instant openness or instant honesty. openness makes people (including yourself more talkative) i tend to talk non stop. instant honesty makes people open up more and gives a deeper bond (like people whove told me they cheated on their girlfriend while shes right next to him) best of luck buddy, were always here to help ---

Sure I have been doing loads, getting fit dressing up and trying to get a new social network. I am certain the pheros would give me the push in the positive direction. Can you tell us a bit more about yourself, your personality/demeanour, style and wht you are looking for in a woman etc? \>\>\> Sure ! : I am 41, look 10-15 years younger, am of african descent, pretty open minded and worldly professional , very soft spoken, funny. At the moment, women tend to get easily relax with me, but they shun the next step , they guard up, it’s more like they are scared, could be trust, dunno. I have lived and dated all kinds, latinos, caucasian etc no issues with me and I will keep it that way. I am a pretty well balanced person ( despite the divorce upheaval), so I prefer well balanced no whining and crying women, I do not like them insecure, the more independent the better, as long as they are well balanced, so we can have a relationship on equal footing. To all any advice on which phero combos is welcome, ok, A314 and the socials is good advice. Am confused about the social pheros though, can you help ? . What about getting the chick am trying to get into the sack ( there is one hot mex- latina am trying on but she is proving hard to crack, she is a bit too conservative to go further … any phero recommendations ? Well Gpheroms, from your description, you would probably benefit from Ammo, **maybe** TUTH, A314 and either Instant Shine, to steer things in a light, fun direction or [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to promote closeness and bonding. If the woman you are most interested in is of Latin extraction, then there is a possible issue of them being more tolerant to none than a white woman. So you might find it useful to start with Ammo, an add a little TUTH as your interaction heats-up. The A314 would add respect, status and value to the mix. And used on its own, it might be very useful for status and respect at work. 🙂 ---

A314 is awesome for raising status and as was said creating the impression of you being “a catch”. Most people pair A314 with Ammo but being over 40 you could probably pair it with TuTH for a more direct statement of sexuality without having to worry too much about negative side effects. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is a great all around additive. It seems to enhance the positives while diminishing the negatives of any product you might use by creating a generally warm and charismatic feel good vibe. Side advice, your divorce will no doubt come up. Do not speak negatively about the ex, and do not speak too much about the postives. For the most part that topic is a no win situation. Speak too negatively and women will think of you as a bitter guy that might have issues with women in general…to much positive and she’ll wonder if you’re still over her.
