Hi there, I tried some pheromones by now (see signature) and had good hits. By now im wearing A314 every day at work. Gave me great respect an helps me focus on my work. I combo it with Instant Shine and Instant Honesty as i like. Instant Shine is a really great Product. Changes my mood. I feel really relaxed and smooth. Helped my staying cool after a car accident. And [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) in combi with Instant Honesty helped me while talking with my wife about our Problems. We still have no sex life, but after so many monthes my libido is problably nearly as low as my wifes. But we agreed, that we both like to start the fire we once had. She told me, that she often thinks about it, but with 2 little children she doesn´t come into the right mood. I´m at work most of the day and i enjoy the time in the evening till eight o clock with my kids. But i only see them about 3h a day. She´s fed up with them at six o clock. And she´s unable to come down, the rest of the day. So i tried helping her as much as i can with her daily work. When i notice that she´s upset, i´ll add Instant Female Magic. That worked pretty good. She seems to be more relaxed, but i did´t change our sex life. After i experimented that pheros DO work (i was sceptic) i´ll like to expermiment with some hot stuff. Maybe something that my increase our both libido and helps her getting away form it all. So we can both enjoy our privat time after eight 🙂 I guess that there are many People having my Problem. From what i read in the Forums Ammo, Turn up the Heat an P83 will be candidates for my next order. What do you suggest? ---

Hi denied, When she is upset, you used IFM to make relax. Good choice indeed. You can also mix together with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) to lift her mood. To take care of the kids can be really moody. Instant Shine will be a good choice. In fact you can also ask her to wear Instant Shine herself. Still no sex life? Ammo is good as an attraction. TUTH is good in sexually arouse her. However, I don’t think TUTH will work when she is moody . Let IFM calm her down and apply TUTH to sexually arouse her. TUTH is best used at night or when both are you are alone. Hopefully your sex life will blossom again. ---

Yea, I’d be careful with the TUTH around your kids. Just because you never know. With your current pheromones, I’d say a little Ammo and Shine will probably go a long way. Then perhaps introduce the TUTH when things have really started to get kinda heated up. It sounds like your relationship is healthy, just needs a bit of a spark, so I don’t know how significant of an impact [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) will make. I’d probably just go with IMF, light Ammo, and IS. Then if things start to get better, maaaaybe try some TUTH. ---

Yours is really a common problem with small kids. Part of the solution is going to be communication. Part of the solution is going to be carving out small pockets of “mom and dad” time without the kids. Whether that is in the evening or trade babysitting with friends so the two of you can go out even if for an hour or so by yourselves with the kids. You can also try to make dates for “romance” - sinds artifical, but it will give you both something to llok forward to and plan for rather than just trying to wait for it to happen “spontaneously”. Daily wear at home: Instant shine and IH. You have also discovered the magic of IFM. That is good. I would wipe off the A314 with a towlette before you get home and maybe add a shot of ammo instead. Once you two start finding yourselves getting back into the romance mode then it will be time to think about TUTH. ---

Hey Guys. We found the evildoer. The problem was not her or me. It was [Depo-Provera](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depo-Provera). Let me tell you, after switching to hormoneless contraception her libido is increasing. It´ll take a few weeks to get rid of that Depo. But the last week (when i was actually waiting for my order, so i had no pheros) she changed a little. Wasn´t moody. Even more happier and way more relaxed. And of course she started some action 3 times this week. I was like 😕 After reading a few forums we found out that it´s a common side effect of all hormone based contraception. Like the pill or mini pill… I swear even if it is testet for more then 40 years now. Throw away all hormone based contraception Ladies, if u have problems with your libido! btw. My wife used depo for a while, but her libido stopped the day we got married, long before the depo. I struggled with this for a very long time, we’ve been married 19 years and our kids are 16 and 18, so she couldn’t use them as excuses anymore. After trying just about everything, I finally found pheromones and decided to give them a try. After a lot of experimenting what I’ve found that works best for me is [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) 2 sprays regular strength, P79 and P83 both 50mcg 1 spray each. Sometimes I’ll add IS. Recently, I started to add ammo, still great results. I’ve used Turn Up The Heat in the past, again with great results, but sometimes I felt it made me seem a little too aggressive even thou I have a laid back personality. Good luck ---

I wonder how you found out the P79 in your mix. IFM am [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) does make sense to me, but the P79? And you are using pretty high doeses. ---

Hey glad you found out part of the problem, keep in mind her being on the pill could effect your libido as well. Women who are on BC stop making copulins and copulins are what triggers mens sexual reaction amoung other things of course. I suggest you get TUTH for yourself and get Isexiness A for her but have it customized with 5X the copulins. I would get it in grapefruit scent but that is up to you LOL The Isexiness A will up her confidence, make her feel sexy and turn you on. The TUTH will make you more aggressive and make her more aroused. You dont need to worry to much around your kids they already have a set impression of you unless they are infants. Just dont wear TUTH around kids who are not familar with you cause it can aggitate them. Tisha ---

Have two sons. One is 3 years old and the little one is 6 month. Both behave quite normal when i use pheros. Here is my daily Phero Use Plan 🙂 Im using A314 with 2 drops in the morning when i go to work (0800) with 2 Sprays og ISx2. When i leave work (1700) the IS should no longer last. So i wash of the A314 from my wrists and apply Ammo (2 Sprays one wrist, one chest) in my car. I have to drive about 40 Mins. I expect only Ammo on me when i arrive home. And 2 Sprays regular Ammo, does not look to much to me. When i´m at home, i check my wifes mood, ask about her day and if she is really kind of moody or stressed i apply 2 spays of Instant female Magic and try to get the kids from her. That works really very good! Most of the time she is very tired around eight and goes to bed shortly after the kids… ☹ But when she stays a little longer, i sometimes play around with some P83 at 30mcg and Turn up the Heat. I didn´t tell her about my [Pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) Experiments but i would LOVE to buy her IS/a. But i´m afrait she might take it wrong. She´s kind of conservative. But she likes cool water for woman and jil sander sun. Maybe i can just get custom mix, with a scent she likes. Grapefruit sounds interesting to me, but i don´t know if she will like it. … and of course the blue bottle with the IS/a logo will not look like a perfume to her… ---

I deleted a pm from someone who asked about the formula I use, Sorry. I came up with this mix after experimenting using the togo bottles containing 12.5 mcg/spray of p83 and p79. I read all that I could and found something that worked which was 4 sprays each with one spray of Turn Up The Heat. That mix quit working so I dropped the Turn Up The Heat and added the [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) (2-3 sprays) with the p83 and p79 remaining the same. This mix seems to be more consistent for my use. I’ll add ammo every now and again. I used Instant Female Magic by itself quite a bit this past week with mood altering effects. LOL 😃 Good Luck. ---

Isn´t that the wrong thread? Anyway. The car accident wasn´t my fault so i run into it not because i was too relaxed or something. In Fact i wouldn´t say Instant Shine or [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) would affact you while driving… maybe -none products would. I don´t know. Have tried Ammo the last week while on my way home, and it seems i like to drive a little more aggressive. But it just could be my new car 😃 ---

The TUTH seems to turn my wife off when I use alot of it or when used with P79, my guess it makes me seem to aggressive. I just discovered that I may be using to much P79.
