I posted in the introduction section a while back and then ordered TUTH, Shine, and IH. My idea was to spice things up / desire. Well, the delivery got messed up and I never got my order and then last night my wife of 15 years says she wants a divorce. No counseling she says, so can you guys recommend what would be good to attract a lady (age 34 +)? I think I will do the dating sites since I am too old (44) for the clubs. I can’t believe I’m that old. I have to start all over again. Anyway, based off of my reading perhaps, AMMO and Shine would be good??? ---

Yes, got the gift cert and talked to customer support. I am more on the shy side/introvert, so I think your suggestions sound real good for me. Just not sure if I am supposed to get double strength or not, or just get the normal one and use more of it. How does the strength work? Thank you. ---

At your age you probably can handle Ammo 2X, however, you don’t know your sweet spot yet and 1X allows more versality to find it, you decide. For IS and IH you may want to start with 1X too to try and search for your sweet spot. Strength 2X means 2 times the mones and 1 time the fragrance per spray. It’s a way to use less spray to get more potency (and less fragrance). ---

Hi again Landman, I would say Ammo all the way starting out man and test solo to see what you think and I agree with the 2X version being 44(I am 36 and I use the 2X) and the reason is the scent is nice but if you have to use more than 3 sprays it can be a much on the nose scent wise. I would also look into the some socials especially IO to help open women up to you being out of the dating scene that long. I also agree with the IS also as it woks extremely well with the Ammo. I don’t drink and found it hard to meet women also man at 36, so I also looked at the dating sites and in fact actually met my wife I am with no from a dating site so anything is possible. It took me 5 years of being on and off of the dating sites, but I am happy now and all is good so I wish you the best. When I was on the dating sites I found the key is to be yourself and have fun with it as many you meet will not work out and just take it for what it is even if it is just a movie and dinner. Ammo/IS was my main mix and it always turned to attraction and fun for me with 7-8 out of 10 women which was awesome. But down the road I found that it just was not a good fit until I met my current wife. ---

As a 44-year old man myself, let me offer up my 2 cents: You should absolutely consider getting the A314 oil. Use it at 2 drops every day. This is your BASE. A314 oil will help you become perceived as an attractive, trustworthy LEADER, something high-quality women of most ages find very magnetic. For dates, you can add either instant shine to the A314, for lightening the slightly serious vibe of A314, or instant honesty for more depth of conversation (or both!). If a date goes beyond the restaurant or coffee shop back to yours or hers, then you simply add 1-2 sprays of turn up the heat (preferably buffered with a bit of TAC) and that should push things in a sexy direction fairly quickly. Another classic combo is A314 + AMMO, proportions 2:1 (i.e.. 2 drops A314 + 1 shot AMMO). You will most likely have to play around with dosages here, to figure out what works best for YOU. Finally, if you don’t like clubbing but stlll enjoy the occasional one-night stand, 2 sprays of MX353 in a lounge or more up-scale bar setting WILL help you locate the females that are there for the same thing. But you still have to know how to escalate things beyond chatting, as in ‘hey, I’m hungry, let’s get out of here and back to my place for some food!’ There are several of us here that have been in your position once. Don’t get discouraged, realize that getting divorced doesn’t have to be the end of your life as an attractive man, but might in fact just be the beginning of a great adventure! There’s lots of cool, interesting and sexy women out there, all you have to do is become cool, interesting and sexy yourself and they’ll be dukin’ it out over you in no time, brother 😉 ---

Thank you justintime469 and ScentHound for your input/advise. It is much appreciated. I had to send the 2X ammo I purchase back due to allergic reaction. Once I get the funds back I would like to see if [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) works for me. Hopefully the cologne or propellant is different than regular Ammo. I also found some A-1 on another site. I take it that it is similar to Ammo.? Being out of the dating world for so long, I feel I have lost my touch. I think its going to take a while to get back into the groove of it. I am not a heavy extrovert so that doesn’t help. I think extroverts have a huge edge when it comes to women. What are some things that make one feel more extroverted, that are legal and not too unhealthy? I know caffeine seems to work some, but I hate the drop off later from it. I currently have A-1, Shine, IH, TUTH. ---

It’s often referred to as the Love Molecule since it brings out a feeling of deep comfort, safety and strong bonding in women. However, a lot of men can feel quite depressed after or even during the use of A1, so start out with a really small dose. A1 is super useful in combination with A314, btw. Creates a strong fallout effect, which is kind of a feeling of crushing, falling head over heels in love in women, but it takes time and several exposures to develop properly.. As to becoming more extroverted, the best substance I know is a supplement called Phenibut, but it can’t be used more than 1-2 times a week or depression can start to form in the user. ---

If you think A1 is similar to Ammo, then you badly need to start reading the main A1 threads on here! Also be aware that a small number of guys can suffer negative self effects with A1 that will not help them use it effectively, so a little time spent testing it on its own at a low dose to see if you are amongst them is important. K-Train’s “A1-Guide” and the “A1 Mix Repository” threads have about the best info you can find when starting out with this stuff. For starters, I would suggest a more broad-based social/sexy/moderately sexual mix - one that will help maximise positive self effects for sociability and help make you more approachable/promote conversation and just have fun getting to know people for a little while. Then once you have some phero experience, start looking at the more heavy hitting sexual/status products like higher dose TUTH, MX353 and A314 - These can be a bit more difficult for an introverted guy to use effectively because you need to be able to adopt a positive mindset and engage people to use them effectively. If you don’t they can come-off as disant, unapproachable, “too-good” or just plain creepy. However, you target age range is mid 30s+ - that’s good as they tend to be more used to and comfortable with overt sexual/status signatures compared to younger women and will be much more elastic in dose range. Which helps your case significantly! 😃 ---

Thanks for the great advise! I will look into the threads about A-1. I don’t seem to have any negative affects with it. I can smell it, but it does not make me depressed. Either that or Shine is killing the negatives of A-1. Am I correct in assuming that Ammo or [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) won’t work very well if sprayed on the hair on your head? (because I am allergic to it) I will look into A314.
