Hi Fellas, Long and short of it is I’ve been in love with my friend for about 4 years. In the beginning we spent a lot of time together but never even kissed. I bloodied up the whole situation and let myself be relegated to the dreaded friend zone. Flash forward to today and we have been dating for the past couple years. You have excellent advice above. I agree that A314/IH/P74 or A314/P96 is best to wear as a base mix around her to help your status, LTR-attractive qualities and to promote pair-bonding and emotional investment in you as time goes-on - and yes, you should be stepping-up your behaviour to present the most attractive aspects possible. Even if she’s known you a long time, her sensing that “something’s changed” about you can in itself be very sexy indeed. TUTH can be unpredictable - so keep it for the times she is likely to want sex. Wearing it in a nonsexual environment or when she is not reasonably likely to be in the mood for sex can go right against you. Similarly, overt sexuals around her period can be a very bad idea! Further steering with the likes of TAC (doses over 20mcg) or [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) are also very useful. If you are in contact all the time by various media, it is also time to cut right back - Give her a bit of room to “miss you” and realise what you are worth to her. A314 and IH are in stock - and I would strongly recommend A314 oil in this situation due to its subtlety and longevity per application but the /b spray is similar in impact (but less subtle/shorter acting) if you want to start that way. TUTH, [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) and P96 are out - TUTH and P74 go in and out of stock but are usually back pretty quickly. It used to be that they updated the store on Tuesdays, so maybe check back then and see if this is still the case? P96 is different. It has been in good supply for the last couple of years but it did suffer a very long drought (several years!) before that - So every time it goes OOS, I worry! ☹ At 28, I’d suggest 2.5mcg TUTH to start with and 7.5-10mcg concentration P74 and @10mcg for P96 till you find your best dose but I’d suggest keeping P74 below 30mcg total in any romantic/sexual mix as too much of it in a mix can get a bit too “best friendly” and you don’t want thati ---

No, 28 is fine, both for you wearing A314 oil, you are old enough to be congruent with the signature and at 28 your girlfriend should be equally mature enough to find the status of A314 very attractive indeed. Hey Friendzonebreaker how’s it going? You got superb advice above and I think you should run with it. I would ask a few questions myself like what are your’s and her’s nationality. If you’re 28 you’re at a good age to test, because your natural [pheromones](https://a314.com/) not too high or low. TUTH/TAC should work great in bed. She’ll definitely be ‘attracted’ to you then. But TUTH shouldn’t be really used other than for that. I suppose the next question I’d ask is are you prepared to share the pheromone journey with her or keep it a secret. If you share with her you could probably just tell her so she can be assured that you guys can have that attraction, sex, and intimacy. But if it’s meant to be kept secret, I would say you really want to woo her. Not just pheromones, but do it all in conjunction. As was mentioned, switch up the monotony of your daily lives, give her space to miss you. Try new things. You definitely want to spice up the bedroom life but you want to get her attracted to you as an individual. It’s easy to make sex fun. Not so easy to make someone feel something for someone they don’t. With that being said, I’d say work on some day mixes that keep her admiring you, and save the high TUTH sexuals for in the bedroom.
