Hi all! My name is Mackie and from New Jersey, i’ve been reading around about pheromones and found this site! been reading it a couple days now and am convinced that this site is very legit, well supported and has a huge friendly community. A bit about me, im 27, working full time (6days a week)☹ and so dont exactly have much of a night life. Although i do have a girlfriend she is a very shy and reserved type of person. we have been going out for a couple of months now and i would like to take the relationship to the next level. Is there any type of mones that you guys would recommend? I was thinking tuth , io , [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and ammo and was hoping for the instant female magic but its been out of stock. also i have read that getting -none into your hair is very annoying, and as im a fairly hairy person, (arms and legs) where do you recommend i spray it? also if -none DO get into some of my hair is there a mixture that can be used to remove it? cheers guys! ---

Oh yea, hopefully Ill save enough money to purchase the A314 one day. From what Ive researched, it seems to be a great product!! ---

Hey welcome to pherotalk mackie! [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) + is are good choices for attraction. Also, io would open her up. Additionally, I recommend u get some ih to make her feel close and connected with you. If you kind of know her already ih would be better. Yes, a314 is great for help projecting you as alpha. I highlt recommend it. If u are hesistant because you’re a bit short on cash I suggest ig. They both do same thing except a bit friendlier. ---

Specifically for your GF, because she is shy and reserved, I always like the comfort/spark mixes that go great with LTR’s. For that specifically I would definitely go with Instant Honesty, and some TUTH. You want enough spark there, but in most cases, shy girls need to feel really comfortable in their current situation to do anything. That’s what I believe would help out tremendously with your interactions with your GF. A314 is some awesome stuff. I use it practically every day. It definitely helps out and is one of the best products out there, hands down. Also, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) is no longer available, it won’t be restocked and from reports I’ve read, AD has no plans to putting that back in shelves. As for the -none stickyness, we’ve had several members just thoroughly clean their hair and haven’t had problems. I do notice -none does to stick around longer than most molecules. I typically shower twice a day anyway so it usually comes off. But if you’re that clean, you wash off most of the natural Androstenone anyway. ---

Hi Mackie, welcome to the phero forum! Sorry about the long days for work, bud! That’s harsh! Yeah, mones can help out with relationships and for a shy person, I would think more of the Socials would help. The TUTH could be overbearing, like your all sexed up and she may not be ready for that! AMMO+IS+IH and CTTM2 would likely be the combos that would work on getting her to have an additional attraction to you and comfortable and willing to open up to you. Sprayed on the neck, pecks, throat, hair, and pulse points would be good. I see that you can do well with the mones as you are an articulate man! Thanks for posting…Hope to see you around again! ---

Hey Mackie and welcome to PheroTalk. We are a big happy community and the best part about it everybody is here helping everybody else out. It all starts right here in the introduction section, because we all started at one time or another as newbies. Good times! By welcoming others it creates that sense of community and allows us to be super vocal (if writing can be considered vocal 😃) about our passion. You’ll find out, soon enough, just how passionate some of us are. It’s funny because for me, mostly [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) were a hobby. I started using some stuff way back in 92 and over the years it was more of a ehh maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t kind of thing. Then when I found Androtics back in 07 it became an obsession when I, for the first time realized, not only does it work once in a while, but every time. SO I became a fanatic like most everybody here, especially when you get to see your very first hit that just floors you. The really big earth shattering hits that knock your socks off, those are the kind that still amaze me even to this very day. I actually started out as a client just like you and before long left my corporate job running the sales department for Terminex and came here. That’s how confident I am with the products and how big of an impact they made in my life. I’m sure you’ll have those types of results too. Now normally I pretty much agree with everything everyone says about what they suggest but this time I’m going to go off a little in a different direction. Personally if your GF is as conservative and shy as you say she is than I believe TUTH would be to much. Its a sexually charged mix that packs a BIG punch. Personally I think you would have better results with Ammo. It contains the same molecule as TUTH but its more buffered and subtle. Instead you get sexy man vibe, instead of sexual man vibe. Use the ammo to step up eventually to TUTH, but for now I think it might be a hard sell for her. Ishine will give off that I make you smile around me vibe and that in itself is very attractive. IO is a happy vibe that gets people chatting and IH gets her into deep rapport state. The good news is you can get the IO and IH together as CTTM and have the best of both worlds. I don’t usually recommend that one, because I like to be able to split them and wear more of one than the other, but if money is issue CTTM does the trick. Combo all of those together and you get a really sexy vibe that she can trust, talk and smile with. Later on add the sexual oomph of TUTH and spark some crazy love on the floor of the bedroom, the dining room table, the sink, the wall, the hallway. Yeah it will really make things wild, but to much to quick will tell her you are only interested her for pure animal sex. For someone reserved that takes time and trust.
