hey guys I need help i am 24 and i have been using ammo how many sprays should a guy my age be using? i used one spray i dunno if i got hits and i dont wanna overdose i did get a you look good smile from a blonde waitress but then again its a resturant they are supposed to smile Thanks guys ---

Wear one spray for a week or so, then nothing for a few days and compare how girls act. Then jump up the dosage to 2 sprays and see again, if they seem to be completely avoiding you at 2 sprays go ahead and try it a second day and if the same thing happens then 2 sprays is an overdose and 1 spray is going to be your sweet spot. You can even do half sprays but I tend to stay away from those because it’s kinda hard to do. ---

I might try increasing to 2 sprays of Ammo here soon I am close to 21 and just want to try it out. My problem is I don’t get too many chances to go out yet since I can go to the bars etc so I hate to OD on the few chances I do get to go out. Wore 3 sprays of Chikara to a party once when I was around 19 though and had just joined here and hadn’t heard about OD yet and some of the girls there were actually avoiding eye contact and I couldn’t figure out why! Not a fun experience to OD but it’s part of the learning process I guess.
