Hello everyone, Well, lets see where to begin. I have been researching Pheromenes for a bit when I found this site. It has been a great help and seeing so many believers in them is great. I have a situation that I am hoping using these might help me with. But I was wondering if some of you who have been using them for awhile might be able to guide me to the right one(s) (I was going to try [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) and Turn up the Heat) for my situation. So here it is - There is a gentlemen that I have been friends with for years. Everyone says that he is into me, and I believe it is true by some of the actions and things he says when we get the chance to be with each other. However, he is quite shy and can’t seem to make his move and stick with it. I am hoping that the Instant Honesty will help him open up about his feelings while the Turn up the Heat I am hoping might get things going in the right direction. Can anyone tell me if these are the ones that I should try first (since I am new to all of this) for my situation, or is there something else that would yeild better results??? ---

Before the ladies answer your post I just want to mention that Turn Up The Heat is primarily a men’s product although some ladies have reported increased passion with it when applied _during_ sex.I think when sex is not already established as part of the equation then it might actually make a shy person more apprehensive. You want something to open him to intimacy and increase the closeness while making yourself seem too good to pass up. [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) plus Instant Sexiness or Lust After Me should be a good start. ---

I agree with Nbully and Lor. Dont start with TUTH. I would start with Lust after me as well and some IH. Tuth is going to make you aroused and thats what most women use it for. If you cant afford the Lust after me (only comes in big bottles) then I would get [Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/). Tisha ---

Agree with Tisha and the others. Instant Sexiness and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). Turn up the heat is a man’s product. I use it very occasionally but only when I want to scare the bejaysus out of alpha men in meetings - and I don’t think that is what you are after here.😃 May ---

nbully79, Thanks for the insight, you gave me something to think about. I have decided to go with the [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) and Instant Honest for my first order. I can’t wait to get them and give them a try.
