[P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) is a fun one to test. I’ve used it often and like it. Try about 20 mcg to start. For best results, you’ll want to be somewhere where you’re around people and can be social. Test first, then report. Don’t let what you read color your judgment. Use it by itself. In the search function, you’ll see tags for P74. Pick a recent thread and contribute there. You can also contribute to a personal journal. Yes, there are reporting guidelines, but please have **fun**. I think that’s what you’re aiming for anyway. You’ll want to see results, and I think you’ll like what you see with P74. If you stay with this 6 months, you’ll eventually find something you like so well that you cannot live without it.
