so ive been seeing this girl for a few months now and everything was fine until i let a fellow classmate get into my head. who started creating doubt about her not being honest with me and it totally blew up in my face to where she said that i lost all her trust after i explained the whole thing and how he was sending me all these things bad mouthing her. she’s mad at me for not asking her about it directly but instead i was sneaking around trying to figure it out myself. she is pretty mad at me but says she still has feelings for me and wants to be friends and hang out still. so i have opportunities to win her back but i really need help to put together a bulletproof mix. oh im 26 and shes 24 we both are white college folk.PLEASE HELP!!! IH and A1 seem like viable candidates. No IJ or ammo. I’d use A314 too. ---

so i was actually wondering as I’ve used both A314, A1, AMMO and [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) with good success, but can i do A314, A1, IH and p83 or is the IH and A1 together going to friend zone me or am i not in that danger zone with the situation? ---

is there anything anyone recommends i get that i don’t have? money is not a object at this point and need the most trustworthy and quickest trust building signature, im in it to win it and am not going to start '‘nickel and dime’'ing now with 2 weeks of classes left. should’ve just kept my trap shut fml. ---

Whether or not you get friend zoned depends on how the relationship between the two of you was in the past, and how you act right now. You could get a low dose (500 nanogram - 1mcg) bottle of pure androstenone to keep the IH and A1 mix from a friend zone signature. I would add [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) to the mix, I don’t see it doing any harm. ---

we were knocking them out everyday up to 3 times a day before all this bullshit so i hope thats in my favor plus i gave her the first big(gspot) orgasm ever and was pretty consistent with them too for the most part if time allowed. i forgot i have TUTH togo and ammo summer big bottle! should i use a syringe to measure out TUTH or just do a drop of it which is 1mcg?also how many sprays of IH togo x1 do you recommend? and the A1 i usually just do a 50mcg dose wherever i wear it as i dont get any of the depressive effects or just use to it already over the year and half. thanks again oh and whats this p74 i keep reading about is that useful? ---

Out of those, IH/A1 or A314/IH/A1 would be my choices to start with. If you want to get some P74, approx 10mcg per spray, A314/IH/P74 or IH/P74 is also an excellent trust/connection combo, although it does tread similar ground to A1, which you already have. Keep any P74 dose below 30mcg for romantic purposes and don’t pair it with A1, esp not at 50mcg! Don’t be too worried about exposing her tomorrow. In fact it would be strongly to your advantage to totally disconnect from her (physically, emotionally and electronically) for a protacted period of time just now. Stick your nose in the air and ignore her if you have to but keep your self respect and don’t be an arsehole/remain studiously polite to for now. This will normally have the effect of catching her on the hop emotionally, and drawing her thoughts and feelings right back to you and helping the effects of the pheros hit harder. Also, resist all attempts to make you an orbiter/hang-out guy - this is absolutely not to your advantage and is only likely to be her looking for validation that she did the right thing by ditching you. Do not give her that in any way! Make each impression count emotionally/phero-wise and on an interpersonal level but don’t introduce sexuals or the likes of P83 until she has begun to respond to you positively an on your terms on the trust/emotional reconnection level and you are in a situation that can make attraction count. A little [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) to maintain a consistent scent would be tolerable however. ---

yea she’s kinda sick(not cancer) and before all this happened on the weekend i already had some cbd oil i don’t use anymore i told her she could have. she’s stopping over just to pick that up in the evening really quick. do you think i should just cancel on her then? and do i not wear pheros on for what would be a 3-5 min visit? thanks alot so far guys for all the input i really appreciate it. but before your response i also was thinking about just giving one another some space and let things cool off and reflect now that me and her have identified communication as the source of our issues and how that led to this boiling point. 80% my fault though, she has never lied to me and only been honest and i let my previous bad relationships get me into the whole “they’re all liars and wh\*\*\*\*” mindset after that classmate started making shit up because she didn’t want to date him. thanks again! also what about throwing in IS in with the A314/A1/IH mix would that elevate mood and start to create a new association of happiness alongside the trust building when im around? ---

Pheros are worthwhile even for a short visit, yes. It will at least get your exposures going - although it will probably take a serious repetition of your exposure/withdrawal cycle before the “missing you” properties seriously kick-in. IS is good in this mix (IH/IS is another potential reconnection combo) but IMO you don’t want to be giving her the impression you are happy with the situation for now. Once things start changing on her side, then fine! Until then, cool, aloof, masculine and studiously polite is the way I’d handle it - Don’t give her the impression you are in any way bothered one way or the other now - you have moved-on, completely and without her but be honourable - Give her anything she’s still due or needs returning but don’t get into a habit of finding excuses to see her for “one more thing” and **do not** get dragged into any “talks” about what happened for now. mobo, you are the bomb with that thread! she came by i put on 30 mins prior 2 drops A314 on jawline applied using my wrists, 5 sprays IH x1 togo to forarms then 50mcg of A1 to back of hands(just showered too) about 30 seconds before i buzzed her. gave her stuff and explained how to use it, although i honestly forgot to give her one thing and i knew i was forgetting something too but didn’t want to lengthen it out more then i had to and said screw it. walked her out and opened the door to her car cuz she was carrying the items and told her see you around and walked back in. during the interaction it didn’t seem awkward and she was trying to do small talk and asking questions on advice for things she could have figured out on her own. so i dont know what to make of it. only time and pheros will tell…haha
