Pheros are worthwhile even for a short visit, yes. It will at least get your exposures going - although it will probably take a serious repetition of your exposure/withdrawal cycle before the “missing you” properties seriously kick-in. IS is good in this mix (IH/IS is another potential reconnection combo) but IMO you don’t want to be giving her the impression you are happy with the situation for now. Once things start changing on her side, then fine! Until then, cool, aloof, masculine and studiously polite is the way I’d handle it - Don’t give her the impression you are in any way bothered one way or the other now - you have moved-on, completely and without her but be honourable - Give her anything she’s still due or needs returning but don’t get into a habit of finding excuses to see her for “one more thing” and **do not** get dragged into any “talks” about what happened for now.
