I need a connect script to pull all the array’s that were imploded into 4 columns in the table `tickets` in the DB eticketlive

I need it to query based upon month of creation of given year

then to display the breakdown of the unique array hits and the number of hits for each category that are in the array.

Check boxes of forms requested so I need the output like this

I20 form: 30  
Job Letter: 14  
Driver license: 77

I need one script to do it all, and a separate script to individually search for a given variable, it is a full text string imploded separated by commas

so one script that pulls all four columns and array unique count and displays them.

and one that I can select the column and have it display unique and # of hits on each one. So I can make the output look pretty.

hmmm, that might be beyond my capacity. I dono that much.  
But it would be great if you can make the database/table structure and relation clear, then maybe other people here could help you easier.
