Alright, so I just got my togo bottles I ordered [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), Turn up the Heat, and Ammo. I tried Ammo today, 1-spray to the neck and rubbed it all around my neck all the way up to my ears. Is this an effective way to spray a pheromone and then rub it all around or should I just spray one location and let it sit? Like I said I tried Ammo one spray to the front of my neck and then spread it. I did’t notice any change what so ever. I don’t think I got any hits today. Do I up the dosage to two sprays in the same area or should I try spraying one spray to the chest then one spray on the back of my head. Also, should I start off with one pheromone and then start to add or is it fine to add Instant Shine with Ammo. Another question does deodorant affect how the pheromones work? I appreciate any help I really want to get the tweaking down. Check out the newbie thread in my signature. Pherogoddess Tisha23 put an excellent schedule for testing [pheromones](https://a314.com/) in there. It will really help you with the tweaking. Don’t be in too big a rush trying to figure out what the pheromones are doing. Just wear them and DO THINGS. I think a lot of guys (myself included) tend to put them on and go stand around looking for something to happen. That won’t really work, at least not very often. Have fun! ---

alright so I just sprayed 2 shots of ammo. One to my chest and one to the back of my head. Result: I sit by this girl in class and I normally don’t start up a conversation because the professor is pretty strict about talking in class. As I’m sitting I noticed she wasn’t so standofish toward me like she usually is. Through the semester she was always off on the corner of the table. This time with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) she wasn’t that much away from me and I found it odd that she kept trying to whisper these comments to me even though I didn’t try to communicate with her. I guess this is considered a hit. I’ll keep you guys posted as I’m almost done with my second class, gtg. ---

I just got home from school my second result: We had to get into a group and I was stuck with two guys in class who I kind of know. I didn’t get any negative reactions from either of them. Does that mean I don’t produce enough Androstenone? because I didn’t OD I guess? Tomorrow I’m going to volunteer at a Hospital I was wondering do you guys think I should try 3 sprays of Ammo instead of 2 because it seems as if it didn’t work as well as I thought it would. Did I spray effectively? I should probably hold off using [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) tomorrow because I heard it can make senoir people talk you a lot more than they should. There are a lot of senoir people that volunteer. Another time I guess let me know what you experts think I should do 😉. Thanks for all your help! ---

Maybe this is just me being a stickler, but if you’re going to work at a hospital, I’d lay off on all pheromones with fragrance. I think it’s usually staff policy not to wear fragrances because of the environment where some patients for whatever reason might be ultra-sensitive. Yeah . . . I know you’ll probably be meeting a few cute nurses, so maybe keep some on you just in case there is any chance for after hours activities. ---

Good point I just started this week so I had no idea about that sort of policy. I was merely thinking to test the pheros in different environments. How long do the pheros usually last? For example: Ammo, IS, and TUTH. ---

Ok, Renny I read your thread which was very informative. This can be answered by anyone. I’ve been reading more and more threads I want to know should I start mixing my Ammo and Shine. Shine to my forearms and one spray to the back of my neck and one to the chest? Or am I going to soon. Sometimes I feel as if the pheromones aren’t lasting as long as I want.
