Hey, It recently hit me that I need some new fragrances. I’ve used the following in the past. - Fierce by Abercrombie and Fitch (great, if half the other guys in the school wore it) - Aqua di Gio (way too common) - Unforgivable by Sean Jean (OK.) - Cool Water (apparently it smells like cigarette smoke) - Curve (smells funny) - Curve Connect (I like this one) I want something that’s new and not very common. Something that smells good, but stands out. I was thinking about ordering the Amouage sample set, and seeing what I like out of that, but the normal fragrances are too expensive. Any suggestions? ---

What smells good to one person, another might not like at all. Especially if you want a fragrance that is less common. The mainstream scents have been worked to the point using traditional rules that it’s very rare you’ll find a scent that is truely unique, and doesn’t at the same time smell like a random potpourri of confusion. Nevertheless, there are alot of scents out there you have not tried, there is no substitute for actually trying a fragrance out. I recommend [Basenotes.net](http://Basenotes.net) for reviews of fragrances. Also, don’t confine yourself necessarily to just expensive fragrances. ---

**Try a sample of Burberry London not that common in the USA plus it smells nice out of all the Burberry Cologne Line…** **Ciao “J”** ---

Aqua di Gio became way to popular but I am a fan of the Armani Line. Black by Kenneth Cole although that one became very popular. Try Pheros at the “other site” - LS. Even Jasmin loves it … The Burberrys are OK - I have to be in the mood for them though … Gegogi is real big on Issey Miyake. ---
