Decided to keep a journal of my own to track progress and make it easier to get advice from the community. **Basic info:** I’m currently 35 (birthday in May), Caucasian guy living in Northern Colorado. Never been a ladies man, but consider myself a bit of a hopeless romantic. I’m not an expert at picking up signals from others unless they are pretty obvious. I’m not a smooth talker. I’m usually shy / lacking in self confidence with people until I “know” them better, which is usually hard to do outside of working with them… More of a submissive than dominant (ex-wife did subtle number there, think Pavlov), but working with therapist to correct those issues… **My Target (and a short summary of situation):** She is a 33yr old Caucasian Navy woman, also currently living in Northern Colorado (four blocks away from me). Her first boyfriend was Navy, he returned from a deployment with an Asian wife. Her first husband cheated and left her for another woman. She returned to CO to go to college, upon graduating, her and friends (both male and females) hit Vegas to celebrate. One of her male “friends” decided it would be a good idea to hit wedding chapel while she was drunk. She woke up next day married, thought to try relationship as he was “a good guy”, and discovered he was alcoholic, abusive, manipulative, evil bastard… Divorced 4 months later. She met me 3yrs later and we hit it off great. She said I was “everything she’d ever wanted and hoped to find in a guy” and then several months later she started distancing herself. (When scared, she pushes away and then runs). She found out I was saving for “the ring” and freaked out… She wanted to date other people, I gave her space, she has said she misses me multiple times, and made some efforts to reach back towards me - yet still distant at times. It is my (and therapists) belief that she is scared of commitment (based on past) and while she may yet want a relationship with me, is scared to open herself to that point and allowing herself to be happy. In August of 2014 she is slotted to deploy to Cuba (Gitmo) for 270 days. I have until then to “win her back” to where I am once again “everything she ever wanted” and yet is NOT scared of a relationship with me… **My Goal:** Short term - Make her desire for me outweigh her fear of having a happy relationship. Having her wanting to spend time with me (hiking, diner out, “memorable times beneath the sheets”, etc) Long term - Marriage. I’ve dated various women since my divorce and no one has had the same effect on me as this woman (too long and cheesy to list here) **What I have to work with (currently all TOGO’s):** A314 (b) TUTH Instant Shine Instant Openess [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) P74 Molecule C (TAC?) **Copied this for my records as well as to have ideas as to what to purchase next / mix in combos later** MX274 – TAA , P74 heavy social – attention and mood lifter, empathy and closeness. MX282 – sexy social. MX335 – TAA , TAH , P79 , TAF , TAL , Copulins, Androstenol plus others. 54.6875 mcgs per spray of 8 pheromones/molecules, total. TAH heavy. Center of Attention, Life of the Party social, sexy mix. P74 – Promote empathy and attention. P79 – Pheromone enhancer, intensifier, synergy; helps others speak their mind and act on their thoughts or feelings; also a mood and sensation intensifier, eliminates defeatest attitudes and negativity, grounded confidence – needs to be steered in appropriate way, since this will enhance any/all moods, including bad ones. Possible combo: P79 + TAF + p93 to get things done. Also reported to have sexual vibe for some. Since it is an intensifier when paired with sex Pheromones it should do the trick. Very fickle molecule with instant changeability, so timing is crucial for wearing it. P83 – chatty, sexy putative , known to diminish inhibitions, can make one nervous, but can be calmed with 4x P86 (1:4 ratio)). P86 – Relaxing, Can be excessively sedating if not paired with something more aggressive. Kicks in at about 20 minutes. Can cause a “shallow Hal” effect of making normally unattractive people very attractive. Causes brightening of the visual field, similar to TAA . High dosage can cause mild amphetamine-like reactions in some people. P87 – Anti-depressant mood lifter. Causes lizard-like, complete emotional blunting, but intense focus on minute details. Very cerebral and very cold molecule. P90 - this is a single molecule putative that causes extreme physical motivation to get things done. Great for large scale projects that don’t require a huge amount of attention to detail, like clearing out closets, or straightening up the garage. Effects last 8 hours or more. Can cause sleeplessness. P91 - Cheerful, loving, happy molecule. Small dose goes a long way. P93 – this is a single molecule pheromone that causes group motivation and participation, and work supportive of the wearer (great with A314 ). More caffein like self effects reported from males, attractive for women. Paired with TAF this is an incredible molecule for focusing on tasks that need to get done, making one tirelessly obsessed with order and cleanliness without a single bit of irritation. Very nice nesting molecule. Reported to be arousing for some women. P96 - this single molecule promotes cheerfulness and good humor. P100 – focus and get things done, motivational, not irritated, just concentrating and getting it done, OCD deal closer for chores. Great paired with TAF for some. My personal experience is this is a little too much like an amphetamine and it has an extreme edginess and figgity feeling to it that I hate – too much like caffeine overdose . May be a sex-linked or genetic based difference, since others report only motivational effects. P102 – up to 25.0 mcg promotes oral desires, like kissing. Between 25.0 and 50.0 mcg that desire turns to actual hunger for food. Increases non-visual sensuality, music appreciation. P103 – Disinhibitor (37.5mcg), can be intoxicating and limiting to intellectual capabilities at doses higher than 25.0 mcg . Removes feelings of social isolation and inhibition. Can induce mindless happiness and total lack of censoring of conversation… but happily, rather than blurt out negative or damaging stuff. Can cause a nebulous, undefined hunger, if not sexually satisfied this turns into insatiable hunger for food. P107 - causes amphetamine-like motivation. Can cause sleeplessness. TAA – Single pheromone, reduces personal space, makes people feel better and brighten up, produces a fun, youthful, vibrant vibe. This pheromone has a short life span, 2-3 hours, but can be slowed down with the addition of lotion on top. Also known as “happy sauce”. Main ingredient in Instant Shine , MX274. Also component of A314 . TAC – Calming, laid back, similar to P74 . High doses – unpredictable hilarity. Induces lower body relaxation, proported to enhance ability for women to orgasm; “cool, empty” pheromone, not good paired with TAA or P74 . This pheromone is good for gym workouts, but will inhibit heart rate elevation quite a bit. Workouts, especially lower body and cardio are easier. Time moves faster. Causes some disorientation, forgetfullness, clumsiness. TAC is very cool, distant. Can make others seem cold and uncaring when used alone at high doses. Definitely a relaxant. Had a date with her on Tuesday, Feb 18th. At the time, all I had was TUTH and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). I sprayed 2 sprays of IS on my neck and 1 spritz of TUTH just under shirt collar / upper chest area. Weather was nice so I walked the two blocks to the location. Date started at 6pm and lasted until 7:45pm. She was really chatty during the dinner and seemed in a good mood. At the end of our date, she insisted to drive me home. I managed to get a hug (bit awkward as it was still in the car) and as I got out I think I detected a bit of an extra sparkle to her eyes. Can’t be positive because of care dome lighting limitations… Later feedback from Lady Dragon and Mobo was that I should have worn TUTH in a more exposed area (tho “sparkle” she had may have been from getting a good whiff of TUTH during hug). Will learn from my errors and improve results with future date nights. ---

Update on return from WI. March 1 - I was shoveling snow by my target’s mother this morning and was asked if I could drop off two important letters on my way home. While not wanting to be the delivery guy I ended up saying sure. Swung by my place and cleaned up a bit. Went to “target’s” apt and rang bell / knocked a few times… Gave up after 20mins of freezing my ass off outside. I packed up my kids to drive them back to the ex-wife’s place. Decided to make one last spin to drop off letters. Went in with: 2x - A314 - adam’s apple 1x- TUTH - Side of neck 1x - IH - wrist 1x - IO - wrist 2x - IS on head Didn’t go as planned, she had just woken up so wasn’t much for chit chat when it was cold outside. More or less took letters and ran. No comment about WI trip or hug as hoped for. Left for the 2hr drive to ex-wife’s. Oh well, another time I’ll get her to sniff my 'mones! After arriving at ex-wife’s still wearing the above, she seemed less bitchy (and that’s putting it mildly) than normal. Even asked me to stay to assemble my daughter’s drum set. Generally she was “nice” to me which was a bit of a surprise. Not sure if it was because of the funeral or the 'mones… May have to test all but the TUTH around her more often to gauge results… Only possible effect on kids (soon to be 15, 13, 11) was that they seemed more well behaved towards each other and two took naps along the drive… ---

I’m hoping to get a date with my target woman this weekend. I’m aiming for something like bowling or a sporting event maybe… My dosage plans are as follows: A314 x2 - neck TUTH x1 - neck (with possible 2nd spray later into the date) IO and IH 1x - to either wrist Maybe some IS as well… Thinking to order some P74 and/or [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/). I’m thinking about your situation, your priorities regarding what pheros to use with the target woman are very different from your priorities with the ex-wife. The target is looking to have fun and is avoiding commitment - for women this situation is reversed by sleeping with lots of different men, you can’t do anything about that - suggest you let go of any jealousy, avoid any show of it whatsoever. A314 is probably too serious for her. You are a hopeless romantic who is looking to commit - for men this is reversed by sleeping with lots of different women. This is something you can do something about. Your claim that your ex-wife is normally bitchy (done with you), so you need a bitch shield and treat her as strictly business, and act like a smooth-operating boss who sets his own priorities (not things she asks you to do around her house, that’s her job now, after all she has moved on). All of these situations will be improved by everyone sleeping around and avoiding comittment. Long-term result: target woman will eventually be ready for comittment, and you will become less needy, which she will find more attractive. Don’t look backwards. Just live in the moment. Remember, women don’t know what they want in a man… don’t go by what they say, go by what YOU want - your search image. You need multiple targets - many will flake. Suggest 2-4 sprays + Two A314 doses (monesmadedoit) - IH contains the Beta/Alpha nol part of this. ex-wife - father-figure maintain peace and order, smooth operator. stop arguing and shut up. effects: sedative, hypnotic, awe-inspiring. I’d recommend: A314B spray (two sprays), TAC (physically relax her), TAK (block her negative thoughts) - (very low-dose needed), manliness: P75 (2.5-5mcg) higher if she wants to argue, she will at least respect you when you hold your ground. also try: female magic - A1 (20-25mcg mcg/spray). this might work wonders on her, but could depress you. Target woman is NOT my ex-wife. I want NOTHING to do with the evil incarnate that is known by others as my ex-wife… I interact with her only for a few minutes several times per year (when picking up / dropping off kids) and would not want to waste my $$ on 'mones that would require increased time around her for them to affect her… Target woman pretty much sits at home studying for Navy exams that are coming up, working, or spending time with her mother. Advice I’m following so far is that passed on to me by Mobocaster in a previous thread. When I have been near her, it has been positive. There seems to be some effect from the mones. However, my time with her has always been limited due to circumstances so the full effects have not been able to “hit her”. I’m trying to set up something where the mones have more time to be effective. ---

Think in terms of categories - we should have multiple targets we are working in each category. We want to improve our standing in each category. Ex. goes in the box of people who you are forced to deal with that are not your friends, and you want a positive and non-stressful outcome for yourself. Bosses, customer service, automobile mechanics, judges, job interviews, etc… The vibe you want to send out is serious and intimidating, smooth operator like you are “on track” and others will apologize for getting in your way, give you respect hits. We find ourselves in these situations every day, but particularly in the earlier part of the day - think banking hours. Target goes in the box of women who are at a point in their lives when they are looking to have fun and are avoiding commitment. Women like this are either very young and inexperienced, or in their mid-30’s after having exited a long term relationship that went bad, expecially if they are divorced and now having second thoughts about marriage. These women respond better to “cool mysterious/celebrity guy”. The vibe you want to send out is exciting and different, sexy, jockish, friendly and approachable. Women will want to bump into you. This vibe works better late in the day / evening to late night - think happy hour onward. There are more categories: your friends. your family. women who are looking to commit. etc. where you may want to send a different message. ---

Had a visit with a child support case worker because “the EVIL ONE” is being a biatch, more so than usual… Anyways, I went in with some A314 (neck), IO (wrist), and IH (wrist). The ordeal screws me over, but case worker lady was extremely sympathetic to my plight and I had the feeling if I had a few other mones in the mix I could have gotten her out on a date. (didn’t ask as the setting/timing was not quite appropriate IMO) Received my P74 and a bonus of [Molecule C](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/molecule-c/). Not sure what the “C” stuff does but I’ll be testing some out at work tonight. ---

Heading out to dance lessons tonight. Going in with the following: Neck area A314 (2 spray) [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) - (1 spray) TUTH - (2 spray) TAC (Molecule C) - Wrists Had fun dancing and met two women (Stephanie and Sara) who frequently made efforts to dance with me and sit beside me all night long. I’m a terrible dancer as I’m still learning and most times women need me to approach them for a dance (and then usually only once all night as they get in line for the guys who dance better). Not the case with these two. I think I danced with each at least 7-8 times. Add in frequently chatting during breaks in which I had them laughing at my terrible humor. It was a great night overall and they hope to see me at class next week as well. She was running late with grocery shopping, I offered and was able to assist carry items inside. During dinner she was very talkative and gave me a tight hug at the end. Due to brightness of sunlight tho I did not notice any eye dilation or other obvious attraction signals. Weather wasn’t the most cooperative - it was around 30 degrees F. At one point during the unloading of groceries, she did make a comment about “wet dog smell”… Not sure if that was me or something else… IF it was me, would my mix have been to blame? TAC, P74, and a 2nd TUTH spray were the only new additions to the mix…
