There’s plenty around here on pheromone OD (and rightly so)… but how much of the neroli scent is too much? I was walking around today with two sprays of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) 1X – and even now, over 12 hours after the application, I can still smell some of the neroli scent sticking to me. My own cologne (which I use one spray of as a cover) is long gone. Of course, I don’t know how I smell to others around me… but I feel like I can only really manage maybe one additional spray of neroli scent before overwhelming myself with it, at least for the first half of the day or so.

For those here who use upwards of 4 sprays total of scented product at one time, do you find that it’s overwhelming at all, either to you or others? Does spacing out your application points (both of mine today were around the neck area) help make the scent cloud seem a little more diffuse?

Everybody’s body chemistry is different some people can have a scent that just last a few hours then its gone. While others the same scent can last all day.

For me I spray the [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) scent product and I let it settle for about 45 minutes upon my skin then I apply a cologne before going out. After a while the Neroli scent is very light and not overwhelming then I just cannot detect it.

It seems that this scent for you is one that lasts a long time when it interacts with your body chemistry. 🙂

For me, any amount of neroli is too much. Hate it. Smells like fermented fruit. However it isn’t too hard to cover if you use complimentary colognes. That is, colognes with a fruity citrus note: Burberry Weekend, CK One, Chrome, Issey Miyake, Burgari Aqua, etc. I find Weekend has the longest “sticking” power and covers both neroli and funky mones like androstenone best. Luckily I like these types of colognes. If not, you’re outta luck…

My current cologne is a citrus blend with a hint of ginger, so it blends pretty well with the neroli. There’s probably some neroli forming the base of my cologne, for all I know, so maybe that’s why I feel like I smell the neroli for a lot longer than anything else. I just don’t want other people wondering why I’m progressively smelling more and more like neroli 😉
