The big Telecos are fighting the FCC’s rule making efforts for network neutrality. They are making huge “contributions” to Congress to get laws preventing the FCC from making neutrality rules ([over $1,000,000 to Mc Cain alone](http://www.opensecrets.org/news/2009/10/the-federal-communications-com.html)). Now for the “worst case” scenario ([http://gizmodo.com/5391712/net-neutrality-worst-case](http://gizmodo.com/5391712/net-neutrality-worst-case)) should they get their way. 😮
