# New Ammo And IH user help

SO I am 30 and have been talking with this girl for a couple weeks from a dating website, she is 34. We plan to meetup in a week. I just ordered some [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), Instant shine, Instant honesty , Instant open and some turn up the heat. I was wanting some opinions on which combo to use , How much and where to apply it. Any info would be much apperciated thanks.

At 30 you can probably go with 3 sprays of Ammo and 1 spray each of IO and Shine. This is a very sexy mix, but well buffered with a fun likable vibe. Should help make her feel talkative and enjoy her time with you. I’d save IH and TuTH for after a couple of followup dates or if it looks like you may get sex that night a single spray each of TuTH and IH to make an emotional and physical connection.
