Hey everyone, I haven’t had time lately to keep up on the forums. So please forgive me if this has already been adressed. I was wondering if they ever re-introduced the ‘old’ [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) scent? The bottle I currently have is “Game” scented. I was told that the ‘old’ scent was being re-worked because of allergic reactions people were experiencing, and that the problem was being fixed. Any updates? I’m not a fan of the “game” scent and neither is my girlfriend. BRING BACK THE OLD AMMO SCENT!!! ---

Sorry bud, I just purchased some heavy AMMO (just got it today really) and it’s still Game scented. ---

man, that’s a major bummer. I see for 20$ extra you can ‘customize your scent’ on [smartmones.com](http://smartmones.com) Is the old ammo ‘[Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/)’ scented? I wish they’d fix it so i didn’t have to pay the extra money just to get it to smell the way it used to… ---

The Ammo scent is not [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/). If you like A314 that has Akuto scent in it. So that is what Akuto smells like. As for the Ammo scent so far we have not received a version that is suitable for release. Hopefully the perfumers will get on the ball and give us something we can use. Until then patience and know that we are doing everything we can to get it back in stock! Have fun! ---

I wish they’d fix it so i didn’t have to pay the extra money just to get it to smell the way it used to… you could always just buy ammo unscented and also nautica competition (the yellow kind, the blue kind) and spray on the ammo, let it dry down, and then spray the nautica on top of it. it smells almost the same as the old ammo scent, except i think it has different base notes or something ---

thanks for the replies everyone. I’ve heard that before, to mix unscented ammo double strength with Nautica Competition in a 1:1 ration making it equivalent to regular strength ammo. I’m confused, should i mix it with the yellow bottle of Competition, or the blue one? ---

Nautica Competition is in a yellow bottle. The blue bottle is something else altogether. I used to buy Ammo 2X and cut it 1:1 with Nautica Competition to get Ammo 1X. Much cheaper (Competition is only like $15 per 2.5oz bottle at Ross). Ammo 2X unscented and cut 1:1 with Competition will probably be too weak in terms of scent. I’ve found unscented mones need at least 4 parts cologne to 1 part mone to maintain the integrity of the cologne. 5:1 is my preferred mix. Works well with highly concentrated products like NPA or raw chemset mones. Not so good with “dosed” Androtics products as they’re too weak. ---

thanks gegogi. so what are you saying i should do? if mixing Nautica and 2x Ammo at a 1:1 ratio is too weak. should i just spray on a little extra Nautica. i’ve never mixed [pheromones](https://a314.com/) and regular cologne before. I miss just one spray out of the old Ammo bottle! haha ---

Ah crap. sorry about that i thought i had typed (the yellow bottle, NOT the blue bottle) but i forgot the most important word: NOT. lol, i’m glad that your question was answered by gegogi though, my apologies for my absent-mindedness. I loved the original original ammo scent for day. I think game scent is better suited for the nightlife.
