Hi there! I’m 21 yrs old and from the Midwest. I’m really hoping these pheromones work! I’m starting a new job as a bartender and really want to do well and be accepted among the staff. I’m hoping the [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) can help with this. Also, I’ve had some trouble connecting with people for some reason lately, and as an active member in my community this is a big problem! Maybe Instant Shine? What do you think? Obviously I’m just picking from the basics, so if anyone is reading this, could you point me in the right direction in terms of what to try? Thanks! ---

hey Flower 🙂 yeah, products like Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty would all be very useful for that. All promote approachability and make connection easier. They do it in three different ways though, and complement each other very nicely, making an awesome combo. Instant Openness makes you approachable, people feel like talking to you. Instant Honesty helps building rapport and connection quicker. Instant Shine makes you seem happy about yourself and more likeable. Also, gives some confidence boost. Read the sticky threads here in the “Introductions” subforum as well as in the men’s and women’s sections. You’ll find a lot of knowledge concentrated into an easy to swallow, but powerful pill. Hi There Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 I think Ishine and IH would be the best bets for connecting. Ishine I really like, it does a bit more then make you seem happy and more likable though. I would say it conveys a warmth and a feeling of familiarity like they have known you all there lives. Its tough to describe sometimes. Ever meet someone for the first time and you click ? Its like there is a synchronicity there, a feeling of well being and closeness. A feeling like you want to be around this person because they make you feel good just being near them. You don’t have to talk you can just sit in silence and feel it. Thats Ishine. It pulls them to you. If your outgoing and have no problem talking to others this on its own can work wonders. IH helps create feelings of connection trust and increases communication. This inspires more action when people are exposed. They will start confiding in you, open up to you more. I think these two would be good choices for a bartender because in bars the tender tends to be sort of the center of the bar. Not in location but he/she is the trusted go to person and you want to be able to connect with the customers. If you have any questions pop on down to the womens section. Hello and welcome to the forum. I think Tisha gave you some great advice. Ishine and IH will be a great combination for connecting with people under a number of situations but certainly in your job. You really do not need to worry about those intial chatty conversations as a bartender as everyone is going to talk to you. some maybe more than you would want them too! Tisha is a resident expert here so she can answer pretty much any question - and from a female perspective for you!
