Hi Vonda, I love using them together, so do many others. However others prefer solo. It’s probably best that you experiment.

If you have not already be sure to read [The Womens Guide](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/womens-pheromone-guide/4258). I also suggest you spend some time hanging out in the Womens Forum here. There are some top chicks in there that will be able to answer questions and I’m sure would be keen to know more about your results. 🙂
