Hello everyone. This appears to be a very informative site. I am looking into a combination of pheromones: Ammunition [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine Is this a good entry-level combination? Also, I see that there are various strengths. Should I start off with the lowest strength first? Thanks! ---

Hiya Randall7 Yes, you have chosen just about the best set of starter pheros you could. As for the strengths, I would say that you should certainly stick to 1x [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) till you find your effective dose. If that translates into a quantity you can easilly make with fewer sprays from the heavy version, then yes get that and take advantage of the better value. The socials however are a different matter & I feel you could probably go for the 2x versions straight-off and once you have found your feet with them, the 4x may be more economic still. šŸ™‚ If you can tell us a bit more about your personality/style/demeanour & the sorts of people/situations you want to influence with pheros, we will be able to offer better advice & your GC will follow fast! šŸ™‚ ---

hey welcome to the forum, what are your goals for pheremone use? for IO and IShine i would recommend you get them both in double strength, i have never used less than 2s of either of them. You can get ammo in regular strength for now to test out your sweet spot. If you find that you use a lot of it, then get a double strength next time. Since youre 30, heavy ammo shouldnt be too bad for you, but i cant guarantee that so definitely test it ---

Thanks for the replies. As for my demeanor, Iā€™m a bit on the quiet side. My main goals are to enhance self-confidence and become more out-going, especially at work. ---

Ammo and maybe IO/IS then and if you keep the initial application points round your neck/throat, you will get more of the self effects. Ammo itself gives a confidence boost, IO inspires flowing conversations, whilst IS gives a feelgood lift - moreso with the 2x socials. šŸ™‚ Also, depending on your job, it may be worth considering A314 - but do read up on it first as it is a very different creature to the above and you need to be willing and able to adapt your behaviours to suit it. ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Randall! It seems you did your research bcuz the products you choose for your situation is perfect. If you are shy then you should hold off on the A314 as it would not work as well as it should and work up to it with products like : Ammo for confidence IG for giving off that cool guy who knows his stuff vibe **Your gc was issued! šŸ†’**
