Hi there! My name is Peter. I am a 20 year old guy living in Ohio. My buddy told me about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) that he has tried and recommends that I take a look also! So here I am! With that being said, I don’t really know anything about pheromones except they can have some pretty incredible effects from what my buddy has told me. I’m pretty skeptical. Now a little about myself: I’m currently enrolled in a major state university and I’m not really having that “college” experience that everyone is always talking about. I’ve been a relatively shy guy my whole life ever since I was in grade school. I generally have a difficult time meeting new people due to the shyness but I have been trying to work on it. I’ve started a work out regimen and I’ve been with it for a few months now with no sign of stopping. However, I am looking for a little more than the slight confidence boost that working out has to give. As I said, I’m not quite getting the “college” experience, so I’ll tell you what I’m looking to get out these pheromones. What I’m hoping to get out of these pheromones are to have that confidence I need to make that first ice breaker along with meeting some attractive ladies (College guy, who doesn’t want ladies? haha). I’ve been looking at some of the types of pheromones available but I’m still quite unsure if they even work. I know my buddy has had great success with them, and I’d like to see what they could do for me too! I hope you all get back to me soon! Welcome to the forum Peter. Based on what you said I highly recommend you give IG a try. It gives a smooth, non-threatening masculine vibration that makes social interactions go very smoothly. It is also very attractive to some women. It tends to be better for people looking to establish long term relationships. If that is the case with you it may be all you want or need. If you want to go on to more transient, experimental relationships, you may just want to try the IG for a while to build your social confidence and then start experimenting with something like ammo. ---

Welcome to the forum. I was skeptical at first but now I used mones almost every day. I suggest you to read about what you would like and use your gift card to get a to-go size and try it. When/If I receive the gift certificate, I plan on starting out with [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and see how that turns out. If all goes well, I plan on trying out Ammo.
