Hi i have just joined. I am quite intregued by the [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) issue but really do not know where to start. I am with a partner and she is slowly switching of. I really do not know why as we do have i would say a loving relationship. So henbce being on the site think that i could perhaps do something to help and enhance our lives. i do have a varied friends circle and most them are women ( this does not have an effect on my relationship before ytou ask) as alot of my friend are also my partners frimd from far back. So guys n gals can you recomend where to start ? something to help me with the other girls and sepecially my partner. I am male 38 stocky build dark hair olive complextion. This can be due to many causes, some being stress and fatigue, loss of libido, and health and or age related issues, sometimes a good tonic or a simple thing like a multi vitamin can cause a dramatic turn around in their libido ect and sometimes they may be lacking in a mineral or an element which when returned or included in the diet can cause a dramatic turn around in desire, it could be zinc, or iodine, for example, and there comes a time when their hormonal balance may need fortifying with a herbal extract. Hi there k4ama. I think this thread should have been posted in the New Usersโ€™ section, hopefully one of the mods will move it soon, and sort you out with a GC too. The advice from jamesbonded and alpha314 is spot on.
