Hola. I figured I should introduce myself per the protocol. I’m a 40-year-old happily married guy from northern California. I know very little about pheromones beyond the basic science class boilerplate. A couple of days ago a random link reminded me about the [pheromone colognes](https://a314.com/shop/) I’d seen advertised years ago so I did a Google search curious to see what people said about them. A click here, a click there, and I’m suddenly reading the Androtics catalog from top to bottom. It didn’t take long to become curious about what these products might be able to do for me. That lead to reading lots of forum posts and being both enlightened and somewhat overwhelmed at the options. My primary interest is in trying to stoke the bedroom flames in a good marriage awash in kids and everything else in life. My wife and I are both in shape (well, we’re in the healthy BMI range but aside from my playing basketball a couple of times a week aren’t necessarily athletic) and like each other. Of course, as is expected in life, the sex slows down and even though we both say we want to recapture the past glory, the actual drive motor seems to be running on fumes. My secondary desire is just opening up general day-to-day encounters. I work from home so I’m not generally looking to be impressive in that way. However, while I’m a pretty friendly guy and easy to talk to, I’ve been told over the years that people thought I didn’t like them when I first met them (many of my best friends say this). While I might feel at worst I was being a bit shy or quiet, I clearly send a signal of aloof or annoyed. Once I speak to people, friendship is easy, but there’s a hurdle to jump. Obviously things like Ammo, TUTH, and most of the Instant products are recommended in some combination for both situations, but I’m largely curious about the issues of concentrations and usage for us middle aged folks. I’ve found a couple of threads that address this, but they are frequently older posts and not quite up to date. Anyway, I’m glad to be here and would love to hear of anyone’s personal experience in similar situations or general recommendations. ---

Hi and welcome to the mone forum. IShine will soften up your perceived aloofness, IMO. I’m around your age and find that I have better results with 2x IShine as well as about 2x AMMO. The double strength so that I don’t have to apply so much of the regular strength mone to get the results that I want. I had an AMMO 2x strength, and with one spray is enough for the sexy confident guy vibe. I recently ordered a 1x strength so that I can tone it down a bit by just applying 1 spray and if needed, go to 2 sprays to get the same result as my AMMO 2x strength. My IShines have been 2x always as I have NEVER gotten an other than desired result with using TOO MUCH IShine. It makes everything fun and gets me a youthful feel… that’s what I’m told by others in my IShine mone cloud. 🙂 How’d ya find this site, BTW? ---

Thanks for the info. That is definitely helpful as I want to make sure I get something to compensate for my apparently diminishing mones while also making sure I don’t make it too easy to OD. 🙂 I found the Androtics site itself via a link on Yahoo Answers asking about another product. I found the forum via a link in one of the reviews there. ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. There are a lot of things you can do with pheros to stoke things up at home. There is a thread in my signature block that deals with just that. Give it a read and see what you think. a lot of experienced users male and female contributed to that one so there is a lot of good info there. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Yeah, bosshank, I had definitely read some of those threads but wasn’t sure you were still around and if they were outdated or not. The fact you’re here I guess they aren’t. 🙂 Thanks for the heads up on reading all of the links, though, because there were certainly some I’d missed. ---

In fact, I would encourage anyone to start with the older posts from the more experienced users and work their way up.
