# New guy in town

I’d run Ammo and say [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)… the latter is going to have effects on you and a girl, I know the self effect for Instant Shine makes me feel bulletproof and suave and gets me quite chatty which is outside of my norm (I’m not a chatty person in person, quite quiet and reserved)… your mileage may vary of course but if you just give Instant Shine a search you’ll see a lot of people get a lot of good effects out of it.

This chart gives a decent idea of what to go for, it’s originally from **Phero Color Chart by MuskCloud** ([Phero color chart by MuskCloud: a visual guide to choosing mixes](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/phero-color-chart-by-muskcloud/1833)) and like I said Ammo with the IS overlaps well for what you are looking for.
